The entire team is professional, kind, welcoming, and truly makes you feel like family. From the front desk staff to the assistants, dentists, and orthodontists, everyone has been amazing. They take the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and provide excellent care. You can tell this is a team of hardworking people who genuinely care about their patients. I recently had the opportunity to visit a dental practice where I experienced a warm welcome from Tom and Isabel. They greeted me with genuine friendliness, making the check-in process smooth and inviting, which set a positive tone for my visit. Dr. Chloe Bittner provided exceptional care throughout my appointment. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination, including cancer screenings and the cleaning process. Her professionalism and attention to detail certainly stood out, giving me confidence in the care I was receiving. The practice itself has a beautiful, family-oriented atmosphere, yet it also carries a high-end aesthetic feel, which I found impressive. They utilize state-of-the-art lasers and equipment, contributing to a modern and efficient experience during treatments. To my amazing dentist Dr. Jenn. How lucky I have been to have you as my dentist for so many years. You never cease to surprise me at the great extent you go to ensure I receive the best treatment and dental care. Not only are you one of the most knowledgeable dentist I know you are a kind person who is never short of professional and a character of excellence. Furthermore you are an inspiration and role model to future female dentists and non-dentists such as myself. Dr. Bittner and his Wonderful Staff of Dentists and Assistants are all Excellent. They use the latest techniques and equipment to minimize the discomfort associated with any dental procedure. Deceptive billing practices. I was never informed I was an out-of-network patient until after receiving a $172 bill. The moment I provided my insurance information (I am not on Cigna, apparently their only in-network provider), I should have been told upfront so I could make an informed decision about my care. When I raised this with the clinic, they placed the responsibility entirely on the patient. That is simply not standard practice. Having received dental cleanings for over a decade and having worked in a dental clinic myself, patients were always notified prior to their appointment if they were out of network. A quick look at other reviews shows this is not an isolated incident. I will be filing a report with the Dental Board of California. Save yourself the surprise bill and go somewhere that respects your right to informed consent.

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Jen, Brianna, and Isabel for my wonderful first visit. I have not been to a dentist for quite some time now and came across Bittner Family Dental. I was nervous at first; however, Isabel was super kind and welcoming when I first walked in. I felt very at home. She was detail oriented, asked what concern I may have for my teeth (+ treatments available). When it was time to get my teeth x-ray and preparation for my cleaning, Brianna was gentle and kind (much appreciated!). Dr. Jen was phenomenal. She made sure that I was comfortable, and was gentle. The experience was very pleasant, I was a bit worried about possible pain but Dr. Jen and Brianna are careful/gentle and did an amazing job. I do appreciate how informative Dr. Jen was before and after, letting me know what are some issues that need to be addressed and again, treatments that are offered. Overall, I will be coming back and will also be recommending this great place to friends & family. Thank you! 😊

Bittner Family Dental is truly exceptional. I originally came as a referral from my husband, who had work done with Dr. Jenn and could not recommend them enough and now I completely understand why. From the friendly phone greeting to the handwritten thank-you notes, every detail feels thoughtful and professional. The entire team is incredibly kind and immediately puts you at ease. They use Solea lasers for fillings, which are so much less invasive than traditional drilling and honestly make fillings so much easier and more comfortable. Dr. Jenn is the literal tooth fairy - so gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled. She does phenomenal work and makes the whole experience feel calm and positive. Everyone there is friendly, warm, and truly cares about making patients comfortable. Highly recommend! 🧚‍♀️🦷✨
