This place was recommended by one of my colleague, and now I totally get it. 💰 Prices are very reasonable, and before every treatment they always confirm the exact cost—super transparent. 🦷 One dentist handles cleaning & basic care—precise and gentle. 💉 Dr. Chen, the owner, did my root canal today. Every time she gives anesthesia, she pats my shoulder—it magically reduces the pain. Honestly, I’ve been to so many dentists since childhood, but here it’s almost painless. Truly amazing! As long as I live in the Bay Area, I’m only coming here. ❤️ Highly recommend to all my friends and family!

My family and I have been going to Butterfly Dental for several years. The facility is clean and well-organized. Dr. Chen and her staff are amazing. They’re friendly, patient, and understand how to work with kids. My eldest and middle son love seeing the dentist. The team makes them feel comfortable and safe. The cleanings are thorough and painless. I just replaced a crown, which looks better than my original tooth. The crown is a work of art. Dr. Andre and Dr. Chen are masters of their profession. The clinic’s equipment and the expertise of the dentists really need improvement. Had to return five or even more times for a single issue, and various problems kept popping up throughout the process. It was a pretty poor experience.

Highly Recommend! 😺 I went in for a CT Scan, for my lower left wisdom tooth. No appointment needed, process took less than 10 min. Dr Chen told me that she could remove my lower left impacted wisdom tooth because it is not on the mandibular nerve, but close to the nerve. Tina Scheduled me for 2nd appointment. Dr Chen removed my wisdom tooth and everything went smoothly! Dr. Chen did an awesome job! No problems, No issues! 👍👍

This is the best dentist I been to. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with western dental. Butterfly dental care is so different. They always answer the phone and everyone is super kind. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15minutes to get serviced. I’ve gotten a teeth cleaning and braces removal done here, and I never felt any pain or discomfort. The patient chairs in each room have massage feature! While I was getting a cleaning I was also getting a back massage. The dentist and assistants are great at communicating and they understand what they’re doing. I don’t have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, I paid $199 for a cleaning, $300 for braces removal, and $499 for 2 arches of retainers. They offered me a payment plan for my retainers because I wasn’t money ready that day. Thank you so much butterfly dental, you made me feel comfortable and safe at the dentist .

I was very satisfied and very pleased with the outcome of my visit. I had done several consultations, but nobody would listen and try to help me with what would be more affordable and convenient for me the dentist I saw I apologize I forgot her name she was amazing. She listened. She understood and explained everything to me I am excited and looking forward to getting my dental work done. I wish I would’ve come to their office sooner.

I have been seeing Dr Chen last 11 years, I took my wife and son there as well! What I seen in last 10 years is that she loves her job and always brings the latest technology , over the years I seen she purchased new equipments again and again. She loves to technology and investing into her clinic and she have an amazing staff to help her. Funny thing is, I have several dentist in my family but I prefer to goto her. 🙂 I trust and love her care. Thank you Dr. Chen.
