This was my first time at Midtown Dental, and I had a great experience. Sally was wonderful. She took her time, listened to all of my concerns, and was so friendly throughout the appointment. She did a great job with my cleaning and shared helpful tips. The rest of the staff were also very kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have to remark that this clinic made a lasting positive impression on me that supersedes a transient concern I had, still being a student. If I had to estimate, Sally must have spent at least fifteen minutes - if not longer - speaking with me, before starting on a very detailed cleaning. A filling placed by a previous dentist was smoothed, rather than re-filled. Something about her unique attention and genuine care resonated with me deeply. I'm updating this review up one more, to the full five stars it deserves: I remember a time I wanted to provide someone in my own sphere such an experience at a time they needed it, but I was strongly discouraged to do so by a supervisor. I can only imagine if that supervisor had to be a dentist or hygienist, they wouldn't have very good reviews! Patients always know who is best, and this is a remarkable clinic. The quality and detail in her work are beyond comparison. My teeth were cleaned manually and much more effectively than how ultrasonic scaling is typically performed (and rushed) by most offices. I trust the doctor's assessment, and a worthwhile doctor is surrounded by great staff.

I visited Midtown Dental Care for the first time my co-worker recommended it because she has been going there for many years. I went scared like many people are scared of the dentist. To be honest I find this a little pricey specially if your insurance doesn’t cover much, but you feel like they are taking good care of you and they make you feel comfortable. The first person I saw was my hygienist Sally she is great she really takes her time to ask you questions and answer any you might have, she also makes you feel at ease, she is very gentle when she is doing the cleaning so you suffer the least pain and discomfort possible… She seems to be great with people it comes normal to her. The doctor was nice. Teeth cleaning was mediocre, feeling the same build up at the bottom of my teeth. Most frustration came from the lack of competence of the support stuff, specifically not being open about out of network versus in- network coverage and the fact that I was asked to pay with my credit card right after the appointment, without an option to wait for EOB and without understanding whether or how much my insurance will pay.
