She made sure the anesthesia was as comfortable and painless as possible, explained the entire treatment process in a very kind and clear way, and carefully checked afterward to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. I am the Musical Director of a major Cirque du Soleil production and was performing in New York City when I experienced a dental emergency. I searched online and chose Madison Dental Loft, then called their office. From the very first phone call, I was warmly welcomed and offered an appointment just one hour later with Dr. Zhang. Dr. Zhang and her assistant did an outstanding job. She took excellent care of me, clearly explaining what needed to be done and how she would proceed, which immediately put me at ease. The entire experience was exceptional—I truly felt well cared for from start to finish. As a result, Madison Dental Loft will now serve as the emergency dental office for Cirque du Soleil touring productions in New York City. What more could I say? Thank you very much once again!

Had an amazing experience as a first time patient. The Office Manager Gina was such a pleasure and the front desk staff made me feel very welcome. Anita (the person that did my cleaning) did an amazing Job making feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire cleaning. She was extremely gentle and I didn't feel a thing. They official have a life time patient.

I have been coming to this dental clinic for many years, and Dr. Kim is truly the best! I also always enjoy my regular cleanings with hygienist Anita. The entire team is professional, caring, and welcoming, and they consistently make every visit a positive experience.

Highly recommend this dental office! I made an appointment several days ago and was able to confirm an appointment as a new patient very easily. Prior to my appointment, they sent me a form to fill out and just needed to confirm my insurance. I had an appointment with Dr. Perez, and she was amazing! She made me feel super comfy and constantly checked in through the appointment. Shoutout to her mango squishie! Beyond that, all the hygienists and assistants were extremely kind and accommodating. I will have to get their names at my next appointment. Gina and Corey at the front desk, were the cherry on top! Both super helpful, helping me book my next appointments, checking my insurance, and explaining next steps. As an avid dentist avoider, I am looking forward to my next appointment!
