Rio Dental

I would not recommend going here. I had an insurance change a few months into the year. Had to make an appointment last minute, which they did. No complaints there. I was upfront with everyone when I made the appointment, when I went in to get the service that my insurance would be changing after the end of the month and would be a 50/50 split and I would not be able to afford the bridge. They started the bridge, well when I was informed after but before they finished the service. That my end would be almost double because this particular service doesn't bill until they out the bridge in. Whcih eas after my insurance change. Their "accounts billable"lady was rude didn't care that I ahd told everyone there about this. No one apparently wrote in down so pay up, even after me attempting to find a solution zero budget other than offering extended payment plans. I should be out of pocket twice as much because they made a mistake? Ya I don't think so. Zero budget or attempt to even offer any sympathy or solutions. Do not recommend. Now I am stuck here sirh a temp bridge trying to figure out what to do next.

Dr JENNE and All of his stuff were wonderful with my special needs daughter. They made sure she felt safe and comfortable. They Talked her through everything they did. They were awesome!!!

Very courteous and got me scheduled for first appointment within a week. Front staff were very friendly and helped direct me to their office cause I got lost, lol. Dentist was very informative on the procedure I would need. He was very understanding and friendly with me. I already have my second appointment scheduled.

Dr. Jenne and the team are amazing. They always make you feel so warm and welcome. Staff is very knowledgeable from the work they perform on your teeth to the insurance claims and are always willing to lend an extra hand. This truly has been the best dentist family I have ever experienced

Excellent care! Great treatment plan! Dulce was very caring and spent extra time cleaning my mom's teeth.

Very courteous and prompt. Even helped direct me to the address cause I was lost.. Very friendly staff. I’m very pleased with service and have my next appointment already scheduled.

Love Rio dental. Was my dentist when I was a kid on state insurance, Dr. Omido retired. But haven’t had any problems with Rio since they took over. Love the hygienists there & my Dr. is Dr. Jenne. He’s awesome. They’ve all worked with me on appointment reacheduling, times, bills, paperwork, explaining stuff to me, etc. love my dental team!! The secretary ladies are always so smiley & sweet every time!
