I had a fantastic experience at Eagle Ridge. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and cared for, and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The dentist, Dr. Metzen is truly outstanding. Her expertise and warm approach makes my visits comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Metzen takes the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience and genuine care. Her dedication to providing excellent care left me confident in my dental health. The receptionist Alexis was an absolute delight! She always greets me with a warm smile and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Scheduling appointments was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make the process effortless. Their welcoming demeanor truly enhances the clinic’s atmosphere. The rest of the staff was equally impressive. From the dental hygienists to the assistants, everyone was friendly, attentive, and highly skilled. They worked together seamlessly, ensuring every aspect of my visit was smooth and comfortable. Dani, the receptionist, has a very calming, pleasant, welcoming energy, which really helps initially ease the anxiety that comes with a lot of my appointments. The gas doesn't hurt either!! They generally check with my insurance prior to my appointment so that I know what my responsibility will be and have been kind enough to establish a payment plan when resources are limited. Most dental clinics do not offer that as an option. I feel like ALL staff listen and try to provide the best possible experience. They offer T.Vs, headphones, neck pillows, and even a blanket if needed. Dr Lisa Metzen is very personable and knowledgeable and gives great guidance on the best plan of action for long-term dental care.

I’ve been going to Eagle Ridge Dental for several years and have always had a great experience! The staff is knowledgeable and professional yet personable. My 3 year old daughter had her first dentist appointment recently and they were wonderful to her, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had a tooth hurting for probably 6 to 12 months off and on. My hygienist recommended maybe I should try some special toothpaste. I used it a few times and I have not had any pain since!! I thought I had a root canal coming!! 😀

Dr Metzen is the best dentist I’ve seen in my life time. She's kind and professional. Can’t say enough great things to about her. The staff is great!!
