Aspen Dental - Wichita, KS

I spent almost an hour and didn’t get my teeth cleaned this has never happened to me ever. Then when I called back they said my estimated bill would be about 750.00 for my deep cleaning. This is ridiculous and my insurance covers cleaning every 3 months. My guess is this office is just a money trap. I will never go back or recommend to anyone I know!

I can’t recommend this office enough. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the environment is always clean and welcoming. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. She is knowledgeable, caring, and has such a positive attitude. It’s clear this office really values their patients!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Aspen dental. From the outset, i felt rushed and undervalued as a patient. My concerns about my dental issues were not taken seriously, leading to inadequate treatment that caused more problems. What’s more alarming is the apparent pressure on patients to leave positive reviews it seems they are more focused on their reputation than on providing quality care. It also raises serious concerns about their integrity and authenticity of their feedback. I strongly advise to take a look at the "STOP ASPEN DENTAL PAGE" on facebook, this office has been mentioned in this group.

Horrible experience, went in for an exam and X-rays and was charged 29 dollars but on top of that I went through with the savings plan and was charged 49 dollars plus 25 for the down payment, in the next appointment they said that I needed to pay 800+ more dollars for a through cleaning and checkups for 6 months, I was very distraught in that appointment that I ended up walking out and asked for a refund on Monday, I was told that I needed to contact a different store for the refund which I did and from what I was told by the other store was that I was never supposed to be charged the 29 dollars because if you start the savings plan it should have been free, I totally feel like I was being scammed from the get go. For a company that has the best interest for their customers I was really displeased and disappointed with the service I was provided during my time.

Today was my first day. I've got everything set up to fix my teeth problems Aspen Dental is very thorough and precise. I feel very confident and excited about the outcome. I was very impressed with the staff the staff are very motivated people with outstanding customer service skills I immediately felt I had came to the right place for help, I am so happy

Very upsetting experience at this dental office. Waited 30 minutes to be taken back for my new patient appointment. After I got my x-rays done I was lead into a room where they had someone else’s x-rays on the screen until they realized they weren’t mine. Is that not against the law? The assistant with blonde hair seemed very timid and lacked patient communication skills. I did like the doctor however, the office manager had an attitude that seemed like she didn’t have the time or patience to explain the work I needed done. Will not be returning for the fillings I need.

Very wonderful people there. Had a tooth that was hurting me and they took care of me and Now I’m pain free ! 😀 worked with me on pricing. Thank you guys and I will be back for more work done! Super friendly and communicative. Thank you so much again.
