My dental hygienist Camille is a great addition to the team. She is very knowledgeable and educated me on better care with my teeth. She explained the stages of my teeth to better health. She explained every step she was doing why and what doing the stages does longevity. One of my best experiences getting my teeth cleaned.

I really like this facility. I have not have issues myself. The only issue I have is with their scheduling for my stepson and his braces they only do Mondays and Tuesdays and I wish they would have more days available

made an appointment , gave all insurance info over the phone. when I get there, they tell me they have issues with my insurance. didn't want to deal with it, so I paid a portion of the invoice. saw the dentist for a consultation and got told they don't do it there and I have to go to Kenosha or Waukesha. that's info they could have told me when I made my appointment. just a waste of my time.

I had nothing but event after event at this location. Every. Single. Time. Do not go to this place! The communication between coworkers is just horrible. As we checked in for my daughter surgery today, I was not able to give my daughter a hug before being taken to the back. I clarified with the assistant who was taking her away if I was going to see her before being taken to surgery. She responded with yes. I DID NOT! Now im picking up her post op meds and one of them is LITERALLY listed on her allergy list.

Jeider is wonderful - warm, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. He’s thorough and explains everything so clearly. He actually makes going to the dentist something I don’t dread. Highly recommend!

I just had a broken tooth extraction done by Dr. Hwang, and the experience was completely painless! The entire team was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the costs and benefits of each treatment option. The dental assistant, Theresa, was amazing. She made sure I understood everything and felt completely at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend this office!
