Today was my first time at this Dentist office. From start to finish is was a very relaxing/ compassionate experience. From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist (s) were eager to greet me. I was lucky to have Sarah as my hygienist who was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. She listened to my concerns both about past negative experiences and concerns I had. She addressed these as well as cosmetic issues with Dr. Mehta who was Great! She was also kind and made the experience painless and easy. I am also between jobs and without dental insurance at the time and when I went to go pay for my services the wonderful lady told me about the ' Vantage One' membership savings plan. I spent a lot less than anticipated for today's services. Very pleased and happy to say " No cavities " Thank you!

The staff at this location are incredible. They are so friendly and reassuring. Every visit I’ve been provided with accurate quotes and exceptional kindness. I’m not sure the name of the hygenist that has worked on my teeth the last three visits but she is by far the best medical professional I have ever seen. They’ve made the experience so stress free and relieved any dental anxiety that I’ve had. I appreciate the full explanations and considerate language when discussing dental concerns as well!

Office staff very nice and professional...my hygienist was Ariel and she was very calming bc I was nervous and embarrassed about my dental situation. Dr Mera was very understanding and she explained the treatment plan but let me make the choice. She explained things in a way I understood but also answered my questions. The office was clean and bright. My first impression was awesome and I'm soooo glad I picked Forward Dental to be my dental provider!!

I am always pleased with my visit to this facility. The staff is efficient and interested in my care. I am in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this clinic

Andrea, my hygienist, was great. Excellent cleaning and very nice. I was a bit let down by the dentist, dr. Anderson. Even though I had told the clinic before my appointment that I was having trouble with a wire, and even though the damaged wire was clearly visible in x-rays, dr. Anderson was not very helpful. He didn't seem to have time to talk to me about my options for fixing the wire, except to say that we could simply glue it down again... but he wouldn't do it now, because they were "booked." I was left with an estimate for a full removal of the wire, which we did not discuss, and no further advice on alternative retainer options. I still have a damaged wire and im no closer to an informed decision.

Been going to this dentist since it was Northpoint Dental Group in the 80's./90's. It has changed owners a few times since then, but the service is still top notch and they have locations all over. They have all the latest tech. Easy to work with.

I went to forward Dental West Allis on Friday to get A fill-in. The dentist I saw was very nice ; however, after the procedure was done, my jaw felt fatigued and achy, especially when I went out into the cold air. Here it is Wednesday. My jaw is sore and I can barely open my mouth to eat. Something is wrong! A few months ago, my daughter went and got a fill-in for the first time and she told me how her mouth was hurting and that she couldn’t open it. I thought it was because it was her first experience. Talking further with her, about my jaw pain we found out it was the same dentist. He is doing something wrong! I take good care of my teeth. I have had a fill in before and I have never experienced this ever.
