I called Innovation Dental for a second opinion and was pleasantly surprised when the staff was able to get me in the very same day. During my visit, I met with Dr. Jennifer Schwanke, who was absolutely amazing. She spent intentional time reviewing my X-rays, thoroughly explaining what she saw, and discussing a treatment plan that made sense for my situation. What stood out most was that I never felt rushed or dismissed in what I was experiencing. Dr. Schwanke listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and took the time to ensure I understood my options. I truly appreciated her thoroughness and compassionate approach to care. After this experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else for dental care in the future. I highly recommend Innovation Dental and Dr. Schwanke to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and patient-focused dental team.

Scheduling was easy. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The check in process was easy. The dental hygienist, Leeann, was very helpful and thorough with instructions on how to care for teeth with braces. Took her time during my teeth cleaning to make sure my gums have the best healing outcome. Overall a 10/10 experience.

The place is very clean. My short experience there was good. Check-ins were smooth. I didn’t have to wait long. Got my consultation with Dr. Thao was fast and very informative. I would recommend it to others.
