I had such a great experience here! I went three times last week and every visit was amazing. Everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Miller was great very professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease each time. You can tell the staff truly cares about their patients. Everyone I met was very helpful and polite. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Downs Dental has been nothing but amazing since I started seeing them. I’ve had bad experiences with dental offices in the past and have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but they have made the experience so much easier. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. They are flexible when scheduling changes are needed, and Amber in the finance department has always been transparent, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Downs Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that truly puts patients at ease.

This dental office treated me better than any dental office I’ve ever been to. I feel so fortunate that it was recommended to me by my partner, who is currently deployed. I had what I considered a dental emergency, and they got me in right away the same day, even though I wasn’t a current patient. That meant the world to me, because they truly cared about my comfort and the situation. They resolved the issue quickly and were very mindful that I didn’t have dental insurance and was self-paying. I never felt pressured; we just made a practical plan for future needs. In fact, I even scheduled my next cleaning, which says a lot, since I typically have high anxiety—especially with dental care. They made sure the whole time i was informed and comfortable. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. The entire staff was wonderful—so kind, so understanding, especially as I was really emotional. They treated me like family, and that meant everything to me. I honestly wish i could give them a 1000 star rating because 5 stars just isn't enough. <3

Dr. Miller and his team are so great and beyond accommodating to my family of 4 out of 5 that get seen all at once in the office and I am so so appreciative to him and every one there! Specifically, our hygienist Jenny! She is so amazing with my 3yo and he just loves her and so do I! She is so kind, patient, caring and easy to talk to! She will get a request from us, to have her every time. It makes going to the dentist (with 3 kids in tow) so much more enjoyable. Thank you Downs Dental!!

VETS!!! This is the place to be for your dental care! After going to different practices, trying to get adequate dental ca5e and avoiding complications, I found Downs Dental. They are a friendly, warm, caring and professional office whom not only listens but understands your needs. Dr. Miller and Gaylia fixed a bunch of my prior dentists worked on that left me in pain for months. In one visit, they told me what was wrong, the solution and how we will achieve this. I left in one hour, pain free but more importantly feeling peace of mind for future visits. You owe this to yourself as finding a trustworthy dental practice is becoming harder to find.

I recently switched (after multiple recommendations) to Downs dental and I am seeing Dr. Miller. I eventually need seven crowns across my front teeth, but after suffering, a devastating loss this year, my teeth have to take a back burner. Dr. Miller did this beautiful job with only a buildup and no crowns. I totally cannot believe the results he is such an artist! Also his assistant Gayla is amazing. Most people didn’t even know my teeth were this bad because I haven’t smiled all year. I highly recommend this practice. I was with my last dentist for 20 years and never felt this comfortable with them.

I had a very pleasant experience at Downs Dental care. I chose Downs because they allowed me to make payments on a 6 month credit plan. Other dental clinics wanted the entire payment up front. Being retired and disabled on a fixed income, that is very important to me. I was very anxious when I arrived since I have been terrified of dentists since I was 8 years old. Dr. Downs and her staff put me at ease the entire time I was there. She made a difficult extraction look easy. I highly recommend Downs Dental Care.
