We were literally just driving home talking about how top tier Coastal Cosmetic + Implant Dentistry is. I have never been to a dentist’s office that felt this professional and put together from start to finish. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting — the hospitality from the front desk alone is unmatched. The care we receive is always extremely thorough, and after they explain everything, we usually don’t even have questions. On the rare occasions we do, they go above and beyond to make sure we fully understand. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist — everyone communicates and works together so seamlessly. As a family with two younger children who have been coming here for several years, we truly appreciate how comfortable they make the experience for them. The staff does an amazing job keeping them relaxed and at ease throughout the entire visit. Honestly, this might be the first time in history that going to the dentist doesn’t feel like a daunting task for our family. We appreciate everything — from the gentle appointment reminders to the thoughtful phone calls checking in before visits. The entire team is amazing and so respectful. 5 stars! We would absolutely recommend this office to any friends or families looking for excellent dental care.

Found the practice when referred by my son’s pediatric dentist post orthodontia to have two undersized teeth bonded. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Reichly (sp?). My son’s teeth look amazing and he is so happy with his smile. I decided to give the practice a try for my own dentil needs and so far have had a cleaning and a crown and couldn’t be happier with both experiences. Highly recommend and have told numerous friends about the practice.

When I came to need restorative work done on my teeth, I had not been to a dentist for over a decade due to negative past experiences with other dentist offices in the past. My wife found that Coastal had been recommended by people who had similar anxieties around dentistry, so I scheduled a consultation and quickly found out why. They gave me the best experience I've had at any dentistry by far. A clean facility with friendly and professional staff who take the time to make sure you understand the procedures they are performing, make you feel comfortable every step of the way, and help to guide you through financing options if necessary. Following my restorative work, I have been going to Coastal for routine hygiene visits for over a year, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the southside Hampton roads area.

I had a fabulous visit. My aim was to find a new dentistry home and I did! They are so wonderful; it’s worth my 50 minute drive . Heidi, the dental hygienist, was amazing! She checked with me all along the way ensuring I was comfortable and understood each process. I have an extremely small mouth and I wanted my jaw to be looked at so both Heidi and Dr. Mark Reichley helped me understand my options. The new way they polish your teeth is with warm water tools; no more awful drilling sounds or the tool clanking around in my mouth. It was almost like a spa visit 🙂 They even gave you a warm towel at the end. Heidi consulted with me at the beginning regarding my goals and objectives for the visit and I never felt pushed to do anything outside my side my comfort zone. I opted to have a 3-D jaw x-ray as a baseline to ensure my jaw health and the doctor even said instead of me having to drive, he would call me with the results. I couldn’t be more pleased and happy to have found Coastal Dentistry as my new dental home. Thanks Heidi see you in six months!
