The staff is amazing - the team lead Natalie was so attentive and detail-oriented in answering all of our questions and Amaya was very gentle and helpful in adjusting my daughter’s braces. I also love the new office location on Independence Rd- beautiful and bright and the added bonus- a posh coffee machine with a variety of GOOD coffees, making the wait enjoyable for the parents ;). Everyone and everything has been so smooth working with this team. The schedulers help find an appropriate appointment for us. The consultation process was easy with Kristen. Natalie has worked so patiently with my kids anxieties from the beginning and continues to make sure we understand everything that is happening.

We had a consult for braces today with Sharon. She was awesome. She answered all our questions, was great with my daughter in getting all of the exams done, and went over everything in detail. Great experience and I can't wait to work with them.
