Spring Dental

Such an amazing experience during my visit today. I have terrible dental anxiety, and literally avoid going to dentist due to my anxiety. Today’s appointment actually made me second guess myself! My hygienist was absolutely the nicest person, respectful, and gentle during my exam and cleaning. He knew I was nervous due to teeth sensitivity and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure and cleaning. He explained step by step during the entire process which put me at ease. Dentist Brianna Jones was the sweetest person and also shared similar qualities during my entire exam. She understood the outcome I wanted for my smile and explained the steps I needed to take to get there. Both individuals were super understanding, caring, and never attempted to downplay my dental anxiety. I left today with much more confidence that I can comfortably walk back in 6 months from now for my next appointment with more ease!

I know I am about to mess some names up, Kelly the tech, RC (or Jacey) the hygienist, and lastly Dr Jones Were all phenomenal!! It is not a requirement but they were absolutely the sweetest, purest people I have encountered to date at the dentist. Very knowledgeable and professional every single one of them, answered all of my questions and the experience was absolutely amazing. Coming from someone with dental anxiety through the roof!! I was very comfortable, well informed and left feeling as if all my concerns were properly addressed!!

After reading these reviews I was scared to come here luckily they’re under new management I think and have new staff so everyone is amazing. I had so much wrong and I knew exactly what was wrong they aren’t money hungry they genuinely want you to be able to smile again and after 3 months of hard work Dr. Jones put in to my teeth she helped me smile again. She’s been nice since the start and helps you when all you can do is what your insurance covers. And even when your insurance doesn’t want to they go the extra mile to try and get it appealed and approved. Genuinely she’s amazing and I like how all the dental assistants are eager to learn and be there. Also love the hygienist he’s hilarious and good with calming people down. Everyone on their team was amazing and I’m so happy to be able to smile again thank you to everyone on that team I appreciate it.

My recent visit to Spring Dental (Brookside) was with Dr. Caleb Ruff. I had some dental work previously done there that needed to be corrected. He stepped right in, made me feel relax & comfortable. Reduce my anxiety & fear of Dentists. He explained everything, very patient & friendly, he is the best! Staff was helpful too. I do highly recommend Dr. Ruff. Also I had to return for crowns, he over & beyond to ensure they were fitting & working properly, provided an outline of how to take care of them because of the prior condition of my teeth that had silver fillings, provided a prescription special dental toothpaste. He's the best!

I had a very good new patient visit, the place is clean and beautifully furnished. I felt welcomed by the staff. The doctor's were polite and professional. My care was addressed where I understood what I need to do going forward. I highly recommend this facility.

I specifically asked what would my co pay be before I even make the appointment. The lady who awnsered the phones told me 4.00 with my insurance. Well getting there I was told over 200 just to pull a tooth basically!!!!! Wasted my time and little money I had getting to and from.... I'm 65 permently disabled. I don't have anything extra in the month to just waste because they thought they'd get me in there, then hit me with that BS in hopes I'd have money to had over.... I do not recommend.

I wish to thank spring dental for giving me one of the best experiences I've had at a dentist. I was expecting the procedure to be a difficult task for your staff and I am happy to say that you proved me wrong. Not only was your office staff courteous and very helpful the laid-back atmosphere and the professionalism was top drawer.
