Worst experience of my life. Do not I repeat do not come here. I went to get one tooth pulled. The doctor was extremely rough and rude. He pulled so hard. He hit my bottom teeth. I thought he was purposely trying to knock out more teeth. So I leave realizing a week later. He had still left some of the tooth. So I called and asked. Will I be charged since you all didn't finish the procedure properly. They stated I wouldn't. Yet two weeks ago! They called and said my insurance paid all but $22 dollars. I was pretty upset because I had already paid the co pay. So I went ahead and paid the stupid $22 dollars. Then yesterday get a text saying my bill was late, and needed to pay immediately. They even tried to slap on a late fee. Reason I screen shot all of my receipts. Do not waste your time here! They need shut down for Malpractice!!!!

Horrible anesthesiologist. I’m literally in the medical field and my child has no sickness. No runny nose today and they denied him again after the 3rd time! I came home early to auscultate his lungs and they are normal! Just saw his pediatrician and they said he is fine! We waited since September 2025 to get his cavities taken care of and it’s end of February 2026! Beyond pissed off. Can barely get him in either because I have morning classes. This is ridiculous.

Horrible experience years ago— was just reminded of this with a text message ad that I never opted into. The hygienist’s nails poked through the gloves and she never changed them. They told me I had 6 cavities and when I got a second opinion I only had 2. Would not recommend.

I just want to thank and recommend Shortline Dental for the great work they did on my tooth. It turned out perfectly, and I feel like new again. Thank you for the support; they made me feel right at home, and they even speak Spanish! Thank you for your kindness and availability. Thanks again.

Great customer service! The staff was friendly and helpful! They were also very efficient and respectful of my time! I will be back for sure and recommend to others.
