Dr. Patel does not try to overtreat or overcharge his patients! How refreshing is that! I have TWO dental insurances so he could have overtreated but he did not. My former dentist told me I needed nearly $12,000.00 in "urgent" treatment. I did not believe that assessment so I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Patel. I did not mention the other dentist until AFTER Dr. Patel treated me. All I needed was bonding on 4 teeth that were chipped due to stress from the job. Dr. Patel charged me NOTHING and billed my insurance only for what was needed. I highly recommend Dr. Raj Patel and his entire team are wonderful. Oh, he's also an extremely likeable and kind person.

Hi, I am 13 years old and today I had my first dental procedure done. I was a little fearful at first, but it was a smooth process. Dr. Patel was very kind and super gentle and careful. I knew he was the best dentist from my parents, and I know it for myself!

Beware long but important: If you’re looking for a new dentist, KEEP LOOKING. I was a patient for over 12 years and recently my daughter decided to get an exam somewhere else because they kept telling her she did not have a cavity when she felt otherwise. When she did go somewhere else they found multiple ones that they stated should have clearly been seen. This prompted me to get an exam elsewhere and sure enough Same thing. Multiple cavities. Each 6 month visit I was told LOOKS GOOD NO CAVITIES. The new dentist actually takes clear photos of each tooth so no denying what I’m seeing. Raj ( I refuse to call him Dr) may come off as kind but has NO business being a dentist. When I called Sherry, the office manager, she told me she would see what could be done to help pay for all the work I now need to have done then ghosted me, refusing to answer my email or call me back. keep in mind she is the one that request quotes from me and my daughter and mentioned helping. I never brought that up. When I asked for my medical records they did not give them all to me and no answer. I WILL FOREVER AT EVERY CHANCE I GET warn people of this office. They have now lost 3 of us and I will not stop there.

Dr. Patel is nice, but not thorough at all. I finally switched to another dentist which was long overdue.

I had the most fantastic experience at my recent dental appointment! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. They made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire visit. The dentist Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing. Not only was he extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was gentle and thorough, and I could tell that he truly cared about my dental health. I left the office feeling so grateful to have found such a great dental practice. I can't recommend them enough! If you're looking for a caring and talented dentist, look no further. I will definitely be returning for all of my future dental needs. Thank you to the wonderful staff and dentist for such a positive experience!

Dr. Did a root canal and I never got my permanent crown this was about 2 years ago refused to see me until I paid my $1000 bill, I was using CareCredit. I told them I can't afford it and I need a payment plan or something and they refuse to do that and now the molar which they did the root canal the tooth is almost fully disintegrated. my previous crown i got there is infected and they refuse to see me to fix it, im in pain! (Professional Obligation: Failure to treat a known or suspected infection could be seen as professional negligence.) what happened to compassionate care and working with patients? I have been going here for almost 20 years he has done all my dental work! It did not used to be like this here. What happened?

I am very grateful Dr Patel could pull my tooth out and I didn’t need to go and have surgery to have it done. He got me in soon and had no problem. I highly recommend Dr Patel. I really appreciated the friendly, peaceful atmosphere of the office. Dr. Patel is not my regular dentist but I was treated in a way that made me feel really welcomed. His assistant was very compassionate and supportive. I even got a follow up call two days later to make sure everything was healing the correct way and that I was feeling okay. Overall it was a great experience. Debra
