Morrow, Lai and Kitterman Tulsa Children’s Dentistry

We love MLK! The staff is so friendly, the waiting area is full of coloring pages, at tv with kids movies on, and a huge pirate ship with a slide for the kids to play on. They have aquariums all over and most importantly, take such good care of my girl! She is always excited for her dentist appointments. Highly recommend!

Finally found a pediatric dentist that is absolutely incredible! Everyone is always so kind and gentle. The kids actually don't mind coming to the dentist 😄

Very disappointing first dental experience. I specifically chose this place because they seem to care about it being a good experience for the child. I didn’t expect it to go perfect but didn’t expect it to be so aggressive and impersonal. The staff at the desk and hygienist were exceptional. The building was nice, clean and cute. But Dr. Kitterman was not. She walked in without introducing herself and asked me to grab my child and lay him down. Staring at us point blank. Mask on, glasses and goggles. Very scary and made no attempt to ingratiate herself to the child. I cannot stress enough, this person did not even say hi. She did not talk to my child at all. On the intake paperwork it asked if my child had, had a bad dental experience in the past, this was his first and it was terrible. To ask a question that implies you value the experience and then provide the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my whole life is baffling. I would never trust that woman with my child again. The front desk offered to schedule me with a different dentist in the future, and I took them up on that offer because I do not think this establishment has those value use only Dr. Kitterman.

We’ve seen Dr. Lai for over 5 years and we love her! She is so nice to my kids but also does a great job of including parents in the treatment plan. The staff is great and very cost conscious—they keep me updated on the care that our insurance does and doesn’t cover and they are very upfront in pricing which I appreciate. Everyone in the office is kind and professional. They are great about scheduling. And they have the cutest sweetest most chill emotional support dog that really puts the kids at ease. I love this office and understand why I see high schoolers and college students all the time coming in for their care! No one wants to leave this amazing practice.

We have loved our visits here! The entire team is kind and caring. You can tell they love working with children and they are great at making sure it is a comfortable and fun experience for them. The details in the waiting room, fills with entertainment of all kinds, to the TVs on the ceiling in the exam room, make for a thoughtful experience all around!

We have spent many years at a different office in town and just felt the need to switch. After much research, this play was highly raved about! Now I absolutely know why. The staff is more than amazing, the place is so clean, and more than kid friendly! Megan was so kind and patient with my young kids! My boys are looking forward to their next visit!

We’ve been coming to MLK since my daughter was 18 months old. She is 5 now. Each visit is a 5 star experience. The office is super kid friendly. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The hygienists and dentists are great with kids. I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else!
