We've loved Dr. McDougall and his staff! Hygienists are great with the whole family. I tend to be a bit of a nervous patient, but Dr, assistants, and all are very tuned in to any cues that I need a minute or some sort of attention. I am becoming a more relaxed patient.
Been going to Dr. Mcdougall since he began taking clients at his Harvard office. He has been wonderful in all aspects of my dental care, with same day follow up and emergency services when needed. When my mom, new to the area, had an emergency need for broken dentures, he made accommodations to see her and get her back 'in service' expeditiously! The many members of his office staff are kind and so very professional. I am so sold on the Dr. Hugh Mcdougall team that when I retired to the Claremore Oologah lake area, I continue to drive to Tulsa to have all my dental appointments with Dr. Mcdougall & his team.
I so enjoyed the careful exam, cleaning was gentle as well and my teeth look cleaner and whiter! Thanks you to the insurance director for finding that my next appointment and that the work will be covered. I’m counting pennies this time of year so thank you!
