I have been a patient at Dr Engelbrecht and now Dr Sikes for more than 25 years, and as a person who endured dental trauma as a child, let me express how kind and caring everyone at this practice has been. Not once or twice, but every time I walk in the door! The level of professionalism and artistry is 12/10 and the cleanliness level is top notch. I recently broke a crown and through every step of the repair they made sure I was calm and comfortable. I have recommended them to many friends and family, and no one has been unhappy with the doctors or staff. Are they the cheapest dentists? No, but in some things in this life, you do NOT want a bargain! I feel that I have been very well cared for by Crescendo, both for cosmetic and regular dental procedures.

Dr Sikes is the best! He basically sees my whole family from my grandma to my mom and siblings ! All of the hygienists are so kind and informative on how to keep my oral health solid! 100000000% recommend this office!

I have ptsd from medical trauma, and also ruined my two front teeth via my mental illness. The first dentist I went to wanted to crown my two front teeth as well as three back teeth, and I ran out as fast as I could and came to this dentist office a friend recommended. Dr sikes recommended veneers and fillings, much less invasive and expensive. And my teeth aren’t that bad like he said. From the first phone call I could tell they were capable and professional. Shoutout to Bri The entire time I was there I felt I was in good hands, they stopped at the first sign of pain or panic to make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. They also take the time to make it perfect. Dr Sikes himself got the second opinion of Dr engelbrecht on the shade matching of my veneers. Great place to go if you have anxiety/ptsd about doctors/dentists.

Having dental work done in this office was a pleasure. The staff is great - from the receptionists to the dental assistants & doctors. Very professional, accommodating & friendly. I've never experienced such good communication and I felt comfortable & at ease at all times. Dr. Sikes is very personable & does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this practice and will be going here for all my dental work from now on!

Dr. Sikes is stellar in both his craft and care for his patients. I’ve lost crowns twice now in emergency situations, and both his care and perfectionist standard in his work gave me great comfort as he quickly and expertly took care of me to be good as new. I am so relieved to have a trusted, excellent dentist all the time, but especially when it matters most. The office staff is also very good at their jobs, and always very kind. They also worked with me to get the right mouthguard for my situation. In anxious situations, being in excellent hands brings a lot of peace.

A trusted friend (and long-time patient of the practice) referred me to either doctor, as both are outstanding. My experience from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing. Staff are professional, sensitive to financial constraints, and kind in their approach to your treatment plan. Dr. Sikes was able to prep three crowns in three hours - and I came through pain free and without need of even an otc pain reliever. VERY IMPRESSIVE GROUP!

Dr. Engelbrecht and Dr. Sikes are two of the best Dentists in Oklahoma. Every time I walk in to their office I am welcomed by a friendly staff and a clean environment. They both have done general and cosmetic work on my smile and I could not be more pleased with the results. I moved from Tulsa to Oklahoma City last year and still make the drive to go see them every six months. Dr. Sikes has also seen all three of my children and interacts with them in a way that they feel extremely comfortable every time they go into the office. They look forward to going to the dentist! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist in Tulsa.
