They were very kind and provided an in depth explanation of my treatment. I felt like they spent time helping me understand all that I needed and gave me options as well. Furthermore, they provided options for payment and explained the charges very well!! I was nervous about going because I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. However, not a single person made me feel ashamed about it. They explained how to floss and even recommended use of water floss in shower for convenience. My husband and I were both very pleased with our experience there.

The dentist is something that always gets my anxiety super high. When I walked in it was very welcoming. Karlea was awesome in setting everything up and talking to Dr. Brad about what’s going really put me at ease. He said let’s not just fix the teeth, let’s fix the problems making the teeth like this. The hygienist Dom was also very kind and professional. Fredreice went over the pricing with me which is always a struggle. He made it simple and to the point. Here’s to a brighter smile!!

Every one of the staff were kind, patient, and understanding. They had me back on time, answered all of my questions and listened to what I had to say. I even had my toddler with me and everyone treated him with kindness and helped keep him occupied during my appointment! They took the time to sit and make sure I understood what was going on, I was given full clarity on everything including financials. As someone with dental anxiety they made me feel comfortable, heard, and I actually left looking forward to coming back! By far the best experience I’ve ever had!

Great experience. Brad was my Dentist. Very polite, kind, and informative. From preliminary exams to extraction of tooth and crown on another with a few fillings tossed in. Brad and his assistant were exceptional. On pain scale. Very little pain. Brad was quick to act when pain sensation began. On a personal opinion. I'd fly in to Tulsa for my dental work if I lived out of state.

The office staff so kind and helpful, got me an appointment when there wasn't one available- I was in severe pain Nursing staff wonderful. Helped me with answers to my questions and brought me a blanket and turned down the bright lights. Dr. Brad the absolute best Ive ever used. So thoughtful, explained every single step he was going to do. Explained the outcome in plain English, nothing technical. No pain whatsoever. Continually asked me if I was okay. And I was. Answered every single question I could think of. Took his time with the procedure. Never felt rushed in and out like many overbooked offices will do. I would highly recommend this Aspen Dental location.

This was absolutely the easiest experience I've ever had with a dental office. I scheduled a same day appointment online for a broken tooth. The staff was beyond professional and caring. They answered every question, all costs and treatment options were discussed first with no pressure. Dr.Amy and Dr.Brad were AMAZING. Making sure I understood everything that was going to happen dealing with my anxiety over the procedure and taking time to explain my aftercare. I felt heard and like they really cared. My dental assistant Andi was THE BEST!! Thank you to everyone that participated in my care, I didn't remember everyone's names. If you are looking for a great dental office that's professional and cares about you, this is it!! Thank you Aspen!

I had dentures made in another state and needed a dentist to fix a broken tooth. Aspen dental got me in the day after I called. The office is clean and very professional. Dr. Brad Williams and his assistant Karlea were exceptional. Aspen dental have their own lab on site so my broken tooth was repaired while I waited. I highly recommend this office.
