Staff was very friendly. Doctor was very gentle made me feel calm during a very difficult procedure. When a previous dentist at another office shamed me this one was completely concerned with me being comfortable and calmed. I wish I'd gone there years ago. Perhaps I would have all my teeth to date. Sending my blessings to them

Western Dental is an excellent choice but the 2 stars is for my calls being directed to a call center that is incapable of providing good service. I'm seriously considering finding another dentist for this reason which I'm troubled by...like I said the dental aspect of the practice is excellent.

This is absolutely ridiculous they were running 20 minutes late to get me into x-rays not too bad but now I've sat in a chair for an hour and no one's even acknowledge me. This is absolutely the worst dentist office I've ever been to. On a side note I went to use the bathroom before I left and it stinks so bad I couldn't breathe in there.

Cherry and Dr Kaur did an amazing job at helping with my fillings and were super accommodating and nice!

I’ve had the best doctors and help that I could get! The staff are very kind and very sweet people. I’ve gone here growing up and I’ve never once had a bad experience 💖

I’m actively being over billed and unable to speak with the billing department. Every time I call I’m on hold with no answer. They made my daughter wait for 4 weeks when her bracket broke off her tooth resulting in a badly shifted bottom tooth that was painful to fix. I would never return to this office. Instead of an automated response here an actual resolution would be preferred. I will be contacting the BBB

They were very nice and patient with me. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Great experience.
