The dental assistant took his time cleaning my daughter’s teeth, she kept moving her head but he was really nice and patient, he also informed me about areas of concern that she’s missing while she brushes so I really appreciated that. His approach made my daughter be more interested in detail when she brushes her teeth. yea just very pleased and thought I’d share this because he deserved the positive feedback.

As a New patient at this dentist office, this place was excellent. From walking in you can see it’s clean and smells clean. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We liked that you can complete all the paperwork online so the process is faster and easier. The team were professional, positive, friendly, and quick. They made my son feel welcomed and less scared about the work he needed. This place is an excellent dentist office. We already made children choice dental our kids dental office. We recommend this office if you’re looking for a friendly, clean, and professional dentist!

This place is always ran with chaos and they are very negligent. They had referred my son to a specialist after they had booked him in to get two cavities done after they were the ones to put on his braces knowingly informed that he had braces the day that he was supposed to get his cavities worked on. The doctor said oh we cannot do this. We need to remove wires from his braces, even though they’re the ones that checked him, they’re the ones that did his braces. They’re the ones that scheduled him. They made him have to come back twice to get a cavity. They referred him over to a specialist, indicating he had root canals that they did not want to do those teeth after we went to the specialist. He discovered that he does not have root canals very impressional I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ickball she was so nice I love how I was able to make a same day appointment right after my kids 9:20am cleaning appointment. He had a first time ever cavity we was able to make a 11:20am appointment for the cavity. I was like well by the time we are done with the cleaning it won't be long for the next so we stayed they have TV for the kids cartoons and give stickers and a good bag and a balloon if there not out we was on a 5 year journey to find a legit children's dentist office that is not just a clinic. Love this place I have all my kids lined up for appointments . We found our new dentist home🥰

My son is autistic and had a very bad first experience with a different office so it took a minute for him to want to go back to the dentist. When we first walked in I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t so chaotic with kids… it was clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and gentle with my son… by the end of the appointment my son was smiling . It went great! Love this dental office!

This office has been a very frustrating experience. To start, the reception needs to get organized. My child waited three months for approval, and every time I called, I was told everything was submitted with nothing missing. Now, three months later, they claim something was missing on their end, meaning the approval was never going to go through.Additionally, the office frequently cancels appointments or changes the time without letting us know or checking if we can accommodate the new schedule. Their X-ray machine is also constantly broken, leading them to take dental pictures using a personal phone, which is highly unprofessional.The clinical communication is just as bad. The dentist will give advice during a visit, but then later when she sees your child, she wonders who advised it—even though it was her own previous instruction! Following one procedure, she gave me vital details that I would have needed to know before we did the work. For my other son, they canceled his appointment, forcing him to wait another month to get his treatment done. Overall, I am very disappointed with the care and organization here.

Had to wait for an hour. What's the reason for the appointment. They give appointment to everyone and keep saying we are running back. Will not recommend to anyone. And will go to another place for my other kids braces. Solution is don't overbooked the appointment. We always have to wait for a long time. Also parking facilities should be improve.
