I'm very satisfied that I chose Shamblott. They made me feel very comfortable. They explained every phase of my future treatment. They would check with my insurance to make sure it would be covered

My appointment at Shamblott dental office was fantastic! Yousef did a very thorough job and was very thoughtful and kind. I would recommend him to anyone that’s wants a great experience with their cleaning.

This was a very strange experiance. First appointment they don't clean your teeth, but measure your gums, do your x-rays and tell you how stained your teeth are to customize a cleaning plan... all of which are normally done at every other dental place I've been to ALONG with cleaning your teeth. I was told I had three cavities after not having one in all my 27 years. I went to a different dentist and they told me I had one cavity and one spot that my enamel was weak and could be helped by flossing. Plus! I got my teeth cleaned in the same appointment. Everyone was very kind but I'm under the impression that this place creates unnecessary work that the patient probably doesn't need. It was very alarming. I would not return.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at their St. Paul office. All of the staff was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt seen and heard as a patient the whole way through from my initial photographs/xray with Malda to my cavity filling appointment done on the same day. I used to have some negative feelings about going to the dentist and I have no worries moving forward here as my dentist.

Today was my first visit to Shamblott Family Dentistry. The care I was given was top notch. I was treated with kindness, respect, and expertise. Bonus: I live in the apartment connected to the Blaire Arcade where they are located. You can't beat the commute with a stick, so I'm delighted that my experience was stellar.

I’ve been coming to Shamblott Family Dentistry for a few years since moving to Saint Paul, and I’ve always liked the work from the dentist and hygienist here. But I was surprised to receive a call about a $180 balance for an old treatment (it seemed to be something my insurance didn’t cover). When I spoke with the receptionist, I felt the tone was unnecessarily rude and even threatening that the account would be sent to collections. This was frustrating, especially for a relatively small balance. I wish the communication had been handled in a more respectful and professional manner.

Worst experience. Shaved more than half my tooth away and the dentist was extremely rude. He seemed angry and I didn’t feel safe while he was working with sharp tools around
