My dental hygienist was terrific. She has cleaned my teeth for over 20 years. And my dentist, Dr. Hultse, always provides detailed info and support as I - and my teeth - age into my 80's. Terrific health care team.

I sadly cannot recommend this place. The estimates are never correct, I've never had crowns fall out so often, and when I asked about getting a cheaper silver crown they sorta gave me the run around and said they don't offer them (which I think is sorta BS). Anyway, use your discretion going here.

Terrible experience. I have been going to the Grand Ave location for over a decade and had only positive experiences, but they were booked out so I tried this location instead. I cannot express how awful it was. I came for a routine cleaning and after 30min of attempting to take my X-rays (the employee seemed to just not know how to use the machine), my hygienist finally came into the room. She spent the ENTIRE cleaning lecturing me on the fact that I reported only flossing a couple times a week instead of daily. She explained in detail how I was going to die of cancer or heart disease and lose all of my teeth because I did not floss daily. I have never experienced anything like this. It was so incredibly condescending and miserable to be stuck in the chair, mouth open, as a woman explains in painstaking detail how I am going to lose all of my teeth and die. (mind you I have never even had a cavity so this was completely and utterly unwarranted, I can’t imagine how she talks to people who actually are having dental issues)

I usually hate the dentist but they made my experience so easy! First, I get my appointment time wrong (🤦🏻‍♀️) and they were able to squeeze me in later same day! My hygienist was so kind and gentle, yet thorough, and Dr. H was personable and took the time to really get to know me. My husband and I both are thrilled with our dental care!!

The estimates they provide are meaningless - every time, I pay more than estimated, and of course, out of pocket, even though it was preauthorized. One time, they tried to pin the whole bill on me, and when I contacted the insurance company, they told me that they had never received the paperwork they requested. The paperwork appeared only after the manager's involvement, and the claim was magically paid in full. The notice that you owe money is always a couple of weeks late (like "Due Oct 5," but mail arrives Oct 16) and typically arrives with the next mail the same day they say the bill is overdue and threaten to turn you over to collectors. The doctors are decent, though.

Great care. The hygienists and dentists are great. The problem is that they don't have enough staff and keep taking new patients. My follow-up is now in 8 months. I'm also getting billed for flouride treatments. I insurance is the very common Delta Dental. Can't they get the billing right?

I broke the veneer off my front tooth today (the hazards of eating bagels) but they were able to squeeze me in later this afternoon to get it fixed! The whole process took less than 30 minutes! Amazing staff, great experience!
