HealthPartners Dental Clinic St. Paul

I hadn’t been bringing my son to the dentist due to the pandemic and I recently had him seen for a pulled tooth two weeks ago. After when I made a cleaning, they said they removed him from the clinic because he had not been attending and it seems to me that they are just taking people according to what’s convenient for them. It was convenient for them to pull his tooth, but not convenient for his insurance to be covered for a routine cleaning.he has health partners through the state and I feel like this clinic is here to serve patients in the area regardless of their insurance.

If you have insurance through the state don't even bother. I have health partners through the state and i called to schedule an appointment for a wisdom tooth removal. I call I tell them my insurance and get told they aren't accepting new patients call my insurances members service. Ok fine. I go through my HP app and look for a dentist that's accepting new patients. And suprise they are. I call back and see if they'll say anything different if I say I'm paying through work. All the sudden yes their taking new patients. I hung up. I'm not letting anyone playing in my mouth if they lie like that. Don't bother and go somewhere else

Had a emergency with my back tooth. Pain was unbearable. They got me in today and had the tooth removed. Dr crumble made sure I was good and numb so I didn't feel anything and when I did he numbed me some More. I feel 10 times better now. Shout out to Dr crumble he's the best.

I felt like a number here. When my teeth were being being cleaned the DA that was assisting the dentist had left whatever device she used LEANING on the side of my mouth. Gross. Also, I had a concern with one of my molars and brought it up to a dentist on my initial visit and all she said was unless I get braces the molar would have to be removed and she left it at that. I do not feel like I received the best dental care here so I will be bringing my dollars elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone regardless of insurance or social class.

Dr Paul is beyond amazing. My kids look forward to have there teeth cleaned by him. Thank you!

Scheduling out 8 months for a simple dental cleaning is ridiculous. If Healthpartners truly cared about their patients health they would find a solution to this problem and get their parients the dental care they need in a timely matter.

The dental hygenist, Heidi, did a fantastic job with my 4 year old! She really knows how to work with children!! The Dentist, Dr Paul also did great with him!
