STL Family Dentistry

I called last week and again this week, leaving messages both times in hopes of getting a call back. I finally received one. The person asked how they could help, so I explained my situation, including that I have an infection. After about five minutes of sharing, she told me they are not accepting new patients, in a dismissive way. There was no compassion or care shown during the conversation. This should have been communicated upfront, rather than after I explained everything.

Today I went into StL Family Dentistry I have been going there for some years now, Katie cleaned my teeth. She was amazing above and beyond, took the time to look at every nook and cranny and made sure to give me a full mouth cleaning. I have never had anyone take such pride in cleaning my teeth. She cleaned spots I didn’t even know existed in my mouth. 10000 stars. Katie you are amazing.

Wow! This was the most educated and kind-hearted dental appointment I have ever had in my life. First, there was an error with my appointment being made and the front desk was very kind and squeezed me in. Dr. Kori was phenomenal and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. My hygienist, I believe her name was Jasmine, was so kind and incredibly helpful too. They both took the time to answer my questions and were very thorough throughout the exam. I felt zero judgment at all and left with amazing recommendations from both my hygienist and the doctor. I left the appointment feeling better than I walked in and I think that’s says a lot coming from a person who is scared of the dentist usually.

Excellent care. Dentistry is very comfortable and fast. Excellent caring and efficient staff. My husband had some difficulty with the recommendation of the dentist. He was not explained why he needed a different type of dental care from the younger female dentist. In South Saint Louis.

These people are wonderful, and this comes from a person who thought they had a fear of dentists. I hadn't been to a dentist for so long it is embarrassing for me to say, but I needed some dental work. I researched dentists near me, that were covered by my dental plan and these folks looked good. They are. As Dr Ruopp, my dentist says, "The important thing is you are here now". And my teeth turned out to be in better shape than I thought they were. I'm getting caught up. One hint I do have is don't rely on contacting them through an email on their site, until you are an established patient, I never did hear back from that. May have just been a day one of the main people was out on leave.

I had a little dental emergency this weekend. Thankfully, I was able to see Dr. Pfeffer right away, and as always, he did an outstanding job. Dr. Palmer is my regular dentist, and I’ve seen Dr. Pfeffer on several occasion, both are truly exceptional. Living in St. Louis Hills makes access to this office incredibly convenient, but honestly, even if I lived an hour away, I would still come here. I always recommend this location and these two doctors to everyone, even those who are already happy with their current dentist.

Patient of Dr. Pfeffer's since 2016 after a referral from a coworker. Staff are always friendly, even when one of my toddlers join me for my visit. Dr. Pfeffer was willing to order me a new nightguard from a particular lab for a special type of guard, something other dentists would not do. I get a cleaning every six months and have had a filling replaced and a crown put in and never had an issue with either. They are always running on time, if not early. I highly recommend.
