My son Xavier has been under the care of Dr. Shapiro and his team for the last 4 years for braces. I could tell from the moment of our initial consultation that I made the right decision. There office is very clean and inviting with complementary water/coffee, magazines and a video game area for the younger kids. The location and appointment times were conducive with our schedule. If there was an issue, Tracey was always willing to help and try to figure something out. I want to give a hugh shout out and big thanks to Tracey because of her kindness and professionalism with every interaction I have ever encountered with her. I would also like to say thank you to Mindy as well. My last acknowledgment would go to Dr. Shapiro and all the orthodontic hygienists for providing excellent care. This process was long but very much well worth the amazing results in which he is absolutely happy with!! I would not hesitate one minute and we highly recommend Orthodontist Specialist of St.Louis Creve Coeur to everyone!!!

I was so so nervous to go into the orthodontics office and start my treatment. I was so glad to hear so many kind words from the staff and so much encouragement. I just got braces and all of the staff has been so kind, funny, and helpful. Dr. Shapiro is great he works super hard and was so nice when I got braces and I was surprised because I was intimidated at first. I also love Nikki she was so nice and helpful. Overall great place and 10/10 recommend.

Dr.Shapiro and everyone that works in his office are amazing, friendly and professional. The environment feels comfortable and welcoming especially for children l.I have received top quality service since I have been a patient of his. Dr. Shapiro knew how to approach me having four impacted canes, and made me feel better about achieving the smile I want. Dr. Shapiro and the entire team are all extremely welcoming and kind! They have all been super helpful and empathetic during the entire orthodontic process and during a time where I could not come in for a few appointments due to an accident I was involved in. I could not recommend this office, and their entirely AMAZING team enough! Thank you guys for being the best!

Dr. Shapiro is and all of the staff that he employs are very professional, caring and understanding. We have been with them for 7 years. They are all very in-tune with the comfort level of the kids and LISTEN to any problem. They answer every question, and we leave with a smile after every visit. I've used the after hours care line several times and my kids were taken care right away, happily. Thank you for everything!!!!
