I definitely recommend this dentist. After our first visit it was apparent that they understand the connection between teeth and our health. Good suggestions and good options for toothpastes and such. The staff was friendly and our doctor was great at explaining the best approaches to my daughter’s tooth issues and what is needed to correct the problems going forward.

Dawn is a wonderful hygienist! She is definitely a master at her skill! And she is so thorough and does a great job. She always asks if you have any concerns about your teeth and if you do she will listen and offer advice. She is very kind and personable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dental hygienist. She's the best!

I am participating in Dr Pompa Program. Dr Rheme was highly approved by Dr Pompa for his clients/patients. Dr Rheme was so good & patient at showing me my 3D Cone Beam scans, explaining very well what he was looking for & issues, options for treatments, & evaluating a plan that would be best for my needs. He will preform my surgery for a hidden cavitation area where a wisdom tooth had been extracted a few years back. He was opened to & even suggested part of my care could be with another Biological Dentist in the Independence, MO area that I had gone to before, knew well, was good, & closer to my home. The Independence doctor doesn’t do surgeries that is why I needed to go to Dr Rehme for more & different care. Dr Rheme’s son that is a Biological Dentist, as well as all the staff was so good! I am looking forward to finishing up my dental care needs, the sooner the better!

Have been seeing Dr Rehme (younger) to have my root canal assessed and corrected. Rehme Dental is the only biological dentist in the STL area and they have been truly excellent! They identified and corrected an abscess in an old root canal and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The procedure to correct the abscess was more involved than the original root canal but with much less pain, which is a testament to Dr Rehme's skills. The abscess was discovered using a special scan (3D cone beam CT) and during the procedure they used ozone therapy and my own blood platelets to naturally guard against infection. When correcting the root canal they also removed a mercury filling on an adjacent tooth. Through my own research I've found that there are special procedures to removing mercury fillings to ensure safety for patient and dentist which Rehme Dental follows and is the only reason I had it done. My regular dentist dismissed the need for special care when I asked about removing my mercury fillings, so I decided to wait to have it removed until it could be done safely. So very appreciative to have a biological dentist within driving distance, especially one that is so skilled and friendly! 5 stars all the way!

Over the years, I’ve been treated by all three dentists, several dental assistants and hygienists, and I’ve worked closely with the front office staff as well. Every person on the team is professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. The dentists take time to educate patients about biological dentistry, are very open to questions, and make sure you understand the "why" behind each recommendation. During procedures, they clearly explain what is being done, which helps create a calm and informed experience. The dental assistants and hygienists are equally attentive and knowledgeable, providing explanations throughout their work and making sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The front office staff is organized, helpful, and professional, which makes scheduling and communication easy. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for thoughtful, patient-centered dental care and a team that truly prioritizes your overall dental health utilizing biological processes.
