I started treatment here last summer after my dentist noticed my bite was getting worse. From the first visit, the orthodontist seemed thorough without trying to oversell anything. They explained why certain teeth were moving slower and showed progress photos during appointments. One adjustment appointment got delayed because their system went down, but the staff stayed calm and kept everyone informed. My smile already looks more even than it did a year ago.

This office is wonderful! Convenient location, friendly staff and dental assistants, quick and easy self check in, And Dr. Nissen is great! He is no frills, cut to the chase, get you in and out. Which I appreciate since we come monthly, sometimes more. Both my sons are patients here and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate and help us. One time we were leaving town the next day but my son’s expander was not working out, so he needed a retainer made. Their tech, who makes them in house, worked all day on it and had it ready same day before they closed. Amazing service!!! Would definitely recommend!

This is my fifth daughter to see Dr Nissen and his staff, always thorough, professional and efficient. Always a pleasure to see you Dr Nissen.

We have been going to Dr. Nissen for years and for multiple children. We have always had a positive experience with every staff member. We completely trust the judgement of Dr. Nissen and have had excellent results. I also think the pricing of all the orthodontic work my kids have had has been very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate (and don’t) in recommending Dr. Nissen to anyone. His office is easy to access and get a hold of, you get great care at a great price. Very thankful to have found him!

Every time we come here they are running behind. Not only that, when our child does get called back she’s regularly sitting there for roughly 30 mins before anyone even comes to work on her. More of the same today; empty waiting room yet an 1115 appointment time turned into an 1150 appointment time. I had to go back an essentially ask for someone to start working on my child.

Dr. Nissen and his office staff are awesome. Been coming here for over 4 years (more than one family member received/receiving treatment). Excellent and highly professional. Very organized. Transparent billing and fair prices. Minimal to no wait. Always responsive and accommodating.

The ambience is a warm and friendly environment! Expect the very best from the very attractive all female staff who are always pleasant and helpful. The decor is inviting with high-end interior design, access to the finest updated magazines, coat rack, and big screen TV. Lastly, Dr Nissen is the best in his field of orthodontics, period!
