Case Dental: Timothy G Case DMD

As other people have stated, I tried multiple times to get into this office as a new patient as they were recommended to me. I called and left FOUR messages and received no callback. My friend called the office, they picked up. I called 5 minutes later, they ignored it. I finally got a hold of someone, and the receptionist is pretty rude. I need my teeth looked at though so I still wanted to proceed. Then, I finally get in and take off work 3 weeks in advance for this appointment. They call me and tell me they double booked me… as someone who handles scheduling, that’s pretty insane. I have to guess that they are still using paper books to write down appointments. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any sort of medical/dental office.

I've been going to Case Dental for over 25 years. My first experience was when I needed to find a dentist for my wisdom teeth - I've been going to them ever since! Today, I had a cleaning. Their amazing team makes it easy, safe and painless.

I went here for a couple of years and my experience was fine. But my regular cleaning appointment got canceled due to staff illness once and that was that… I’ve called literally dozens of times since and nobody ever answers the phone. I filled out an online form to be contacted to schedule an appointment and nobody ever called.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is friendly, the office is super clean, and they always make sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire visit. My dentist takes the time to explain everything and never rushes through the appointment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of work shows. Highly recommend!

Very professional. They listen to your concerns and take you seriously. Best Dentist I have found in St. Louis and I have visited some bad ones. It's hard to find a good competent dentist so this is one I can truly recommend. Facility is very nice and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. Dr Case is patient and caring as well as skilled as a dentist.

EVERYONE at Case Dental is so nice, efficient and helpful. Dr. Case is great. We've had fillings, bridges, cleanings, root canals and more done there. Almost our entire family now goes there. They are the best. Definitely recommend
