I recently came in for a routine cleaning with Dr. Nwobu and couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed — warm, professional, and attentive. What really stood out was how gentle and careful Dr. Nwobu was throughout the cleaning. My cleaning was quite painless. The whole team pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work. If you've been putting off a dental visit because of anxiety or past bad experiences, Dr. Nwobu is the one to see. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dr. Happy enough. One of our kids has sky-high anxiety at the dentist, and Dr. Happy has been so incredibly patient and kind. She truly knows how to put every child at ease, no matter their age or needs, and our family is so grateful. We have had such a great experience that even my mother-in-law has started going to Dr. Happy. If you are looking for a practice full of caring, kind, and capable people, this place is it.

I told the dentist Dr. NOT SO HAPPY I was having work scheduling complications and I’d have to push my appointment back one time. Her response to me was I can find another dentist because she doesn’t have time for the games because just like I am working so is she and her staff. VERY RUDE after I decided to call instead of not just showing up. I even put salt down randomly on her driveway area during the past winter storm without being asked to help out because it was poorly done. I’ve been nothing but respectful to this Elderly woman and was talked to poorly by her. I’m not some reckless individual who would curse her out the way she deserves to be cursed out. CLEAN PLACE JUST IMPATIENT OLD OWNER.

I recently had my first visit to Happy Smile Dental & Associates and I must say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and Alexis, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nwobu was fantastic—professional, patient, and very thorough in explaining everything. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my treatment plan. Overall, my first visit was a positive experience. I’m relieved to have found a dentist I trust and will definitely be returning for future visits.

Dr. Nwobu has been my dentist as well as both of my children 33yr old, 16yr old and 9yr old grandson. She's so amazing and doesn't make you feel like a number the staff is just as supportive and friendly. Dr. Nwobu has kept all my original teeth in check and thank her sooooo much for this

I would like to preface this by stating that, as someone who works in healthcare, I value professionalism, clear communication, and consistency in patient experience (from the first point of contact). After reading the reviews for your location, I felt confident scheduling a new patient appointment for my son. Less than a week later, I decided to schedule an appointment for myself as well. I am seeking clarification regarding a discrepancy in your scheduling policies and hours of operation. On Friday, I was able to book my son for a 5:30 PM new patient appointment. However, by Tuesday, I was informed that I could not schedule my own new patient appointment any later than 3:30 PM. When I referenced my son’s already scheduled 5:30 PM appointment, I was advised that the hours had changed as of yesterday (seasonal hours) and that later new patient appointments were no longer being offered. To make matters worse, I was asked to reschedule my son's appointment as well (obviously to an earlier time). This was unexpected, particularly since these updated hours do not appear to be reflected on your website (and given that my son was already booked for next week). To make matters worse, I received a confirmation email for my son’s appointment yesterday, which further contributed to the confusion regarding the scheduling changes. While I understand that operational adjustments may occur, consistency and communication are important, particularly for new patients (first impressions are crucial). Based on this initial experience, I wanted to provide feedback at how disappointing this exchange has been.
