An amazing and comprehensive experience. I came in for a routine dental exam, and the entire visit exceeded my expectations. Dr. Shadid and her assistant, Clark, made the whole experience comfortable, welcoming, and easy to understand. I especially loved how they used AI technology to show me how my smile could look after the recommended treatment. It was a great way to visualize the results and make informed decisions. Highly recommend!

The front desk team is organized, welcoming, and always willing to answer questions or help with scheduling, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress free. The dental assistants are incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to explain each step and making sure you’re at ease throughout your visit. And the doctor, truly exceptional. Not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also patient, thorough, and clearly passionate about providing the best care possible. You never feel rushed, and they make sure all your concerns are addressed before moving forward. The office itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, which adds to the overall sense of professionalism and comfort. It’s clear that this team takes pride in what they do and genuinely values their patients. Easily my favorite dental experience. The staff are all friendly, patient and caring. Dr. Shahid is an absolute gem. She’s incredibly thoughtful as both a person and a dentists. Always takes time to educate on her treatment approach, is very detail oriented in her execution and is very accommodating.

Dr. Shahid took such good care of me during my time in Seattle. It’s easy to wind up at scammy dentist’s offices that are there to make money off unnecessary treatments—Smiles on 35th is not like that. Highly recommended! I was immediately impressed with the staff members positivity and professionalism. My new patient consultation was a breeze, and the office environment was warm and inviting. I expressed my issues about some tooth sensitivity as well as some cosmetic concerns. Dr. Shahid and her staff made sure I was comfortable and well-informed about every option and process involved to improve my dental health and enhance my smile. In addition to the great vibes, the staff provides a multitude of comfort and care options like eye masks and weighted blankets. Overall I was very happy with my visit!

The staff here was great from start to finish. The front desk team member who checked me in, I believe her name was Hanna, was very welcoming and helpful. Cohrin was also fantastic she helped with my cleaning and took the time to go over my treatment plan in a clear and thorough way. Overall, it was a really positive experience and the team made me feel well taken care of.

I had a great first visit to Smiles on 35th. The staff is so welcoming and kind. Special touches like soothing eye patches, warm neck pillow and weighted blanket are so thoughtful and the office is beautiful. I have already recommended my daughters make appointments.
