I have been going to Smile Art by Jaime Lee for over a year now, and have had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the first moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by Dr. Lee and her team. Dr. Lee always takes the time to truly listen to my needs and concerns, which makes me feel completely at ease during my visits. Dr. Lee always takes the time to explain all of my treatment options in detail, ensuring that I fully understand each option, that I am an active participant in deciding my treatment plan, and that I am confident in my decision. Dr. Lee's level of care and attention to detail is exceptional, and I’m so glad I found this office. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

As a former dental assistant I’m so incredibly picky when it comes to choosing the best of the best dentist for my dental needs. Dr Jaime is a rare find and I travel across state anytime I need treatment or routine care. She has decades of experience yet she’s not jaded and constantly adorns her office walls with new credentials and qualifications. She implements the most current state of the art technology such as digital impressions, in office crowns, and digital x-rays to give her patients the best care available. Her office is gorgeous with an amazing view, very clean and luxuriously comfortable. Did I mention she’s also a painter and artist and you may see a few pieces of her original artwork in the office. Her staff is so amazing, caring, and talented. The team is so fast and every treatment is efficient and comfortable. The work she has previously done has lasted decades and I really trust she cares about her work and health of her patients. She really takes the time to listen to me, educates, and offers options and a dental plan to reach my goals. Once you get to know her she’s just an amazing person. She does a lot of charity work and volunteers and has a big heart. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care! You guys rock! ❤️

I absolutely love Dr. Jaimie and the team! Been trying to find a trusting dentist in the greater Seattle area. All the cleanings have been so gentle. I would highly recommend visiting as I already have referred friends and family to Dr. Lee!

I had a disappointing experience at this dental office. During my visit, the dentist told me I needed multiple procedures—including several cavity fillings, redoing multiple existing fillings, and even suggested I get braces. They said, "if you were family, I would tell you to get braces" which felt more like pressure than genuine care. The front desk staff were extremely smooth and salesy. It felt like they were more focused on convincing me to book treatments than on my actual dental health. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from my long-time dentist back in my home country—someone I’ve trusted for over 20 years. After a thorough check, they confirmed that everything was just fine except for one partial redo of a filling. No cavities, no need for multiple fillings, and definitely no need for braces. This experience left me questioning whether the recommendations I received were based on necessity or profit. I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major treatment here.

My experience at this practice has been downright frustrating and bewildering. Dr. Lee started two root canals on my teeth and months and several appointments later still wouldn’t place the crowns let alone finish the actual root canals. It took going to two other dentists (and a trip to the ER due to so much pain) to learn that these should have been done by an endodontist in the first place. The first temporary filling that was placed started to break down in my mouth after they cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before and couldn’t reschedule me for weeks. They also did not use proper hygiene by neglecting to isolate the tooth being worked on by a dental dam. Throughout all of these appointments I was confused and frustrated with the poor communication by Dr. Lee. My insurance was billed for root canals that were not done and I paid out of pocket for things that were also not completed. Now, nobody at the office will reply to my emails regarding the thousands I paid for services not completed. It feels like as a patient here you have to ask over and over what is going on, when will things be completed and advocate for yourself just to get information on what’s going on with your teeth. No thanks. Writing this so others can avoid this headache.

I’ve been with Dr. Lee for over 15 years - always puts me at ease. Does a fantastic job, I’m getting implants, so it’s a 3 part process over several months. The process has been steady & very professional. Also a shout out to Jasmine as well. Very nice to see and immediately puts me at ease for these procedures…..makes sure I’m comfortable and ready to go. Overall fantastic
