Northgate Smiles

NORTHGATE Smiles did a Great job for me. After moving to a new location, I had trouble getting in with a new provider. My wife has had great service at Northgate Smiles and they fit me in within a week, completed the procedure with wonderful customer care. I highly recommend Northgate Smiles.

Don't let the humble facade put you off - Northgate Smiles is a wonderful, efficient, professional office full of kind and helpful people. Truly the most pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist. Every member of staff I interacted with took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions - I felt very well-attended to and taken seriously. They didn't try to push any unnecessary and expensive treatments on me, they were honest and transparent about a treatment plan, and they also helped me with an insurance issue that I didn't even know I had! I won't be going anywhere else from here on out.

They were very warm and informative about the process. As someone with serious anxiety, they made the process as simple, transparent, and comfortable as possible. I really appreciate they give you sunglasses while you’re under the bright light the whole time. They were consistently communicative about the timeline of my fillings and deep clean, and I will recommend them to everyone, especially if they are looking for dental care with an atmosphere that is welcoming of all people and walks of life. They also currently have a dental assistant that can sign a bit of ASL, so it’s more accessible than most other places for the Deaf community!

I absolutely love this dental office! Cassie, Mysheka, and Stacy at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming they make every visit feel easy and stress-free. The office is super clean and has such a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Aluas is amazing! Gentle, thorough, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and understand everything about your treatment. You can really tell that the whole team works together to make patients feel cared for. Highly recommend!

I've been a longtime patient at Northgate Smiles. I presented at my most recent cleaning with badly stained teeth (blueberries). I was very impressed with the careful and thorough job performed by the hygienist, Kelly. It was like a new set of teeth! Kelly was also very knowledgeable about other aspects of dental hygiene. She gave me some good tips about cleaning and corrected some old ideas that had been given to me by other hygienists.

I don’t like the dentist at all! But here, they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Rachel went above and beyond for me. She advocated for my care, took extra x-rays to look into an issue deeper and she always explains what’s going on in a thoughtful and engaging way. I feel like I know more about my teeth then I ever have before and that makes me want to take care of them better. We actually laughed and I would say we had a "fun" appointment (when in the dentist ever fun?!). I highly recommend requesting Rachel, she’s amazing!

I was a bit early but they took me right in, got me preped and when Dr. LU walked in she was ready to work.all went smoothly and I was able to leave with time t spare. Staff on top of things, dentist first rate.she dis 4 filling repairs in record time. Woke up this morning with no pain. Great job!
