Alejandra's been very helpful. She assisted me when I started my braces in 2025 while I was pregnant. She made sure I was comfortable. Because of the wait (busy day due general and orthod running at the same time), she made sure I was hydrated and even offered snacks so I wouldn't (and the baby) go hungry. She is very mindful of the time I spent in the dental office everytime I visit because I have a little one waiting at home. And when I had issue filing for fsa reimbursement, she was assisted me patiently. I very much appreciate her.

Place is a scam. Talk to your insurance yourself. These guys will try to charge you for stuff you don't need Dude in the front is their "sales" guy and he tries to come up to you talking all nice and sweet so you feel "comfortable" goin on their payment plan Dont let him get you. Talk to your insurance first. If you read the reviews people say the same thing I am about this place and the one on Camden Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Glad I didn't give them any money

Extremely kind dental office. Huge thanks to Skyler and the staff for their incredible patience. I showed up without having switched my insurance to their office, with a same day appointment, and Skyler was incredibly patient and even spent maybe 20 minutes talking to my Insurer for me… truly above and beyond! Many thanks.

I was nervous at first coming as this was my first time using Denti-Cal, but the team here really made my experience pleasant and worthwhile. Although it does take time to get seen even with an appointment, it is completely understandable as many people come here as an affordable option and sometimes the urgency at which patients are seen changes by hour or day when new patients arrive. David is a great receptionist. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding to the many different types of patients that come into this dental practice. Does the absolute most that he could to get me where I needed to be and to follow up with me regarding what my insurance covers. As for the service, Julia was my dental assistant who did a fantastic job being patient, calm, and gentle while also being thorough with my dental work. She made sure I was comfortable and I felt extremely confident in her abilities to get me through my appointment. As for the Dentist, I did not catch her name, but she is very straight forward, knowledgeable, and professional as well as communicative when doing the teeth cleaning/dental work on me. As long as you actively let her know what you’re experiencing (pain or sensitivity) she’ll adjust and still get the job done perfectly.

Absolutely terrible experience. After getting X-rays done, my parents were told to wait in the lobby and were completely ignored for over 30 minutes. No updates, no acknowledgment, no communication whatsoever. The receptionists spent the entire time standing around chit-chatting instead of doing their jobs or checking on patients. What makes it worse is that they ended up leaving without ever being told what dental work was needed or speaking to anyone about the results. It felt extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of people’s time. If this is how they treat patients, I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. There are plenty of other places that actually value their patients and know how to communicate properly.

The reception team is quick and helpful but not very knowledgeable. This office in general however is very shady. They always want to sell you a threatment ,not only my experience, and the threatment is not covered and expensive ($1,450). Just know that when you go in there you’ll always be recommended to get GUMX and nothing is can be done without that being done first.

I’m very grateful and excited that the first day I walked into the office, I was helped with checking into my appointment with Maria Villicana, and she’s very proficient and very knowledgeable about my today’s visit, which she explained, and other details on what I need to recommend for my healthy teeth. She is fast, charming, and also very friendly. I would recommend her helping other patients out as well; she’s very fluent in Spanish!
