My braces journey has been a long one — 2022 to 2026, four whole years! Dr. Le in Ortho has truly been the best. She and her entire staff were always super friendly with me every single visit. Over time, you really do build a bond with them, and I always felt comfortable and cared for throughout the process. I’m so grateful for the amazing treatment and support I received. Highly recommend!

Ever since restarting my braces treatment here with Dr. Le, I’ve been so happy with my experience! The entire team is always kind and welcoming, and my teeth look absolutely stunning. I haven’t been able to look in the mirror without smiling. They’re very professional and make sure you’re in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here ever since I was a kid and been very satisfied with the care I receive. Dr. Ho and Dr. Sheth take their time to discuss X-rays with me and make sure I understand everything that’s going on. Even though they are busy everyday, it’s truly impressive how tailored their care is to each patient. Love how convenient the location is too!

I called to make an appointment, explained that I broke my tooth and needed it to be fixed, they booked the appointment saying that it would be a free assessment. I left work earlier, and when I got there they told me it was $165 to be seen and have a X-ray done, and they would not see me without the X-ray. They just waisted my time. Very frustrating.

I had an appointment at 3PM and didn’t get seen until 4PM, then had to wait another hour just to get X-rays. My appointment was originally for a cleaning, and I had to remind them multiple times that I was there for that in the first place. They then told me they had to "check" if they could even do the cleaning the same day, which made no sense considering that was the entire reason for my visit. The front desk seriously needs better customer service. The staff came across dry, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours just for a cleaning, and even the cleaning experience itself was poor. Water was constantly splashing all over my face, and the overall lack of professionalism here needs to be studied. DO NOT COME HERE if you value your time or expect decent customer service.

I had an amazing experience through my braces journey. The staff were always kind and patient. They explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable. My braces never once broke and there were never any complications. I love my smile! I highly recommend them for anyone considering braces.

0 stars... I had an extremely frustrating experience with Western Dental that spanned several months and ultimately reflected serious issues with communication, customer service, and patient care. In January, I attempted to schedule an appointment over the phone. The customer service representative told me that I needed to contact my insurance company before booking. I followed up with my insurance provider, who confirmed that everything was in order and that I could simply call Western Dental to schedule an in-network appointment. When I called back, a different representative informed me that my insurance was not yet assigned to their location. I found myself stuck in the middle, repeatedly going back and forth between Western Dental and my insurance company, receiving conflicting information from both sides. The process became so confusing and frustrating that I eventually canceled the appointment altogether. To make matters more confusing, on the day of the canceled appointment, I received a call from Western Dental informing me that I had missed my appointment and asking whether I wanted to reschedule. This only reinforced my impression that there was a lack of coordination and communication within the office. Six months later, I decided to give the office another chance and called to schedule a cleaning. Given my previous experience, I was already apprehensive about interacting with customer service. Fortunately, the representative I spoke with who was able to confirm a cleaning appointment for the following day. When I arrived for my 10:00 a.m. appointment, the front desk informed me that they could not perform the cleaning and that I first needed an examination and diagnosis. That policy is understandable, and I had no issue with it. However, when I asked how long the appointment would take, I was told that despite having a 10:00 a.m. appointment, the wait time would be approximately an hour and a half. The waiting room already was packed. My biggest concern is not necessarily the office procedures or scheduling structure. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind and that unexpected delays happen. My concern is the quality of customer service. Throughout my interactions, I encountered staff members who came across as dismissive, impatient, and unhelpful. Whether due to a stressful morning or ongoing workplace challenges, patients should still be treated with professionalism and respect. One interaction in particular stood out to me. An older Asian woman at the front desk was clearly trying to communicate that she did not speak English. Rather than proactively finding a solution, the staff repeatedly asked her what language she spoke without making any apparent effort to bridge the communication gap. A simple translation service or translator app could have gone a long way in helping her feel supported and understood. Healthcare settings serve diverse communities, and cultural competence, patience, and kindness should be standard expectations. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that these qualities were lacking. Based on my interactions, this office appears disorganized and in need of significant improvement in both communication and customer service.
