One Dental experience is second to none. I used to hate the dentist, One Dental changed that. The staff are excellent, the experience in the chair is comfortable the doctors/dental hygienist talk you through the process, next steps and make sure you understand what you can do to help your situation. They make it easy and pleasant to make sure you're in every 6 months. 11/10.

I had a great experience at One Dental! Melanie was very professional while taking my X-rays and always made sure I was comfortable before each one. Denise was incredibly helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and did an amazing job with the fluoride treatment. Dr. Kim was thorough and efficient with my cleaning, clearly explained his concerns, and made sure I understood everything before I left. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from the entire team.

Christina was excellent! She was very gentle with my teeth and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was also very kind and took the time to recommend a lot of helpful tips for my dental care. I even requested to have her again for my next appointment, but I was told she is currently interviewing. I truly hope they hire her because she was really amazing and did such a great job!

An unexpected wedding came up requiring me to do something about 2 missing teeth until implants are done. The staff and doctor were able to measure and order a temporary that fit and worked perfectly in under a week. Very professional and advised to handle outside insurance to ensure no issues with implants coverage. Patient focused!

Friendly team that make you feel welcome and safe. I appreciated their patience talking me through my treatments. It’s comforting to have transparency on what options are available, the timescales and costs in their work. Many thanks!

I am extremely disappointed with One Dental's disorganized scheduling and terrible front desk service. They adjusted our appointment time, sending us a confirmation for 3:00 PM, while their system had us down for 2:00 PM. We took time off from work specifically to be there. When confronted, the office clerk was unapologetic and completely unhelpful. To add insult to injury, they then kept us on hold endlessly on the phone just 'trying to find out what happened' with zero resolution. Look elsewhere if you value your time and basic customer service.
