Evergreen Hills Dental

I’ve been going here for several years and have been under the care of Dr. Eric Ngo. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Ngo, and I went out of my way to continue to be seen by him. However, the quality of work done by the hygienists here has declined so steeply, and I couldn’t justify coming here anymore. Out of the 6 years I’ve been here, I have only encountered one good hygienist named Phoebe, which I don’t think works here anymore. The other hygienists struggle with even getting floss through straight teeth and do a worse job cleaning than I do with my dogs. As someone who mainly needs preventative care, the quality of care given by the hygienists is just as important as the dentist.

Excellent experience. The dental care was rigorous and taken seriously, and the appointed dentist, Dr. Celine Tran, took time to explain which habits I needed to work on and why. The appointment was made smoothly by the receptionist Kayla, so the entire process was pleasant.

Where do I start?!? This is the most pleasant dental office I've ever been too in my whole life. Jenny was great checking me in for my appointment. Dani was so thoughtful I'm making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Eric was phenomenal! I literally can't talk highly enough about this office!

I switched to Evergreen Hills Dental from a dentist I really loved because it is so much closer to me. I have tried 2 other dental practices in the area that I didn't really like before my visit and was willing to move on if I didn't like it here. The first visit had a long wait but my experience with the dentist and hygienist was so good that I decided to schedule another appointment (they were very friendly and really made sure nothing was missed in my cleaning and exam so my teeth felt great after). Without any comments from me about the wait, the front desk apologized for it and let me know it was very abnormal and shouldn't happen again. Several appointments later, it hasn't. I am starting orthodontic care here and bring my toddlers here for cleaning as well. The staff is not only great with me, but also young kids. If you are looking for a great dental practice in the area, you have found it! I have been to several appointments during covid and feel they have excellent standards for preventing spread. In addition to general cleanliness inside their office, my personal observations show the staff to be very good about wearing their protective equipment and washing and sanitizing their hands between switching tasks.

Everyone is always so kind and accommodating. My schedule always changes and so I’m the queen of rescheduling but everyone at the front desk is so patience and always so understanding! All the assistants and dentists are so gentle and takes their time while working on your teeth. Makes sure that you’re comfortable throughout the whole procedures- I’ve done fillings, cleanings, everything here, and it’s always a good experience! For a person who avoided the dentist for years (literally 6 years before I went back for a cleaning) but now I’m always excited to get my teeth clean and healthy!

I’ve been a patient for a couple of years and I’ve been referring all of my friends and family here. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and make everyone feel comfortable. Big shout out to Dani, one of the dental assistants who takes her time and is attentive to detail during my cleanings and fillings.

I've always had an excellent experience at Evergreen Hills Dental! I've been going to Evergreen for about 6 years now .. maybe more but it feels like ages ago. The staff is super friendly and caring! I don't recall having to wait several minutes after you check in like other dental offices. They thoroughly clean and are very careful during the process ( I've had bad situations in other places where they cut my gum!) . Bottom line - super clean, friendly, and thorough. Thank you Evergreen Hills Dental for keeping these shiny white pearls so nice and clean :D!
