I took my son for a Mommy & Son appointment. It was my son’s first time seeing a dentist and it was a great first experience. The dental hygienist was comforting and down to earth, he was very good with my son, he made it easy. The dentist was thorough, flexible and attentive. The front desk staff was friendly, approachable and sweet with my son. It did not feel at all like dentists I’ve gone to in the past. I’m pleased.

I started going to smiley because a friend spoke so highly of them, but honestly wish I would’ve gone somewhere else now. Staff is nice and friendly however wait times are long. I switched insurances in the middle of getting aligners, I’ve called and asked multiple times for my insurance to be updated and to be updated on what my new insurance will cover for the aligner treatment and have not been able to get an answer. I have asked about this issue atleast FIVE times. They always say they will call back and never do. At this point I’m tired of calling and asking. I’ll be transferring care to somewhere where staff cares more about their patients care. This issue has put a delay of MONTHS on my treatment

The front desk receptionist was amazing. The dentist assistant on the other hand, needed more training (my friend retainer impressions had to be completed 3 times!!) (first time they lost it, second time done incorrectly, and third time they finally got it right). She had to miss work a lot that week just because they messed up only for her to get the retainers 2 weeks later.

I had a wonderful experience with this new dentist. I had gone to three others prior to didn’t get satisfaction from them. Once I got here they took care of me and in two days I took care of problems that I’ve been trying to take care of for the last six months. These guys are legit. My dentist is Dr. Samuel if you want a good Dentist come and see him he will not disappoint

The reason this office is getting 5 stars is solely because of the front desk staff to the ladies and gents in the back. The doctor was rude and he was rushed, but the staff was amazing! Kept me updated even though I spent several hours in the office for 2 extractions and the bottom braces 😬 that were still pending. The manager was AMAZING! She kept her word and made it possible to squeeze me in to get me the extractions and the bottom braces done today. It was a lot but it needed to be done as my Job is quite demanding and I can’t get days off as easily. Thank you Smiley Dental 😊

I’ve had such great experiences here at Smiley Dental, Dr. Samuel & his assistant Rob took amazing care when I need to get my right side wisdom teeth pulled, it took a total of 3mins to get both out, and recovery is amazing so far! Both top & bottom are healed! Without insurance it was such a good pricing! 10/10

The office manager at Smiley Dental truly made a miracle happen for my daughter. She arranged for her to get her braces removed, have a full cleaning, get fitted for her retainer, and have it made—all in the same day, just in time for her Quinceañera! It took a full day of back-and-forth, but it was absolutely worth it. The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They listened to our concerns, answered every question without hesitation, and even handled a small mix-up quickly and professionally. The dentist, ortho tech, receptionist and dental assistant were all fabulous—professional, empathetic, and genuinely friendly. But the office manager with the blonde hair was truly a blessing. We couldn’t be more grateful for her and the whole team for helping make my daughter’s wishes come true before her big day!
