Gentle care and exceptionally good experience from beginning to end. When I scheduled my first appointment over the phone, I had a feeling that this would be a great dentist. Everyone at the office from the reception to office manager to dental assistant and hygienist were so friendly! I’ve had regular dental work for 40+ years, and this by far has been the best. Dr. Thai took care of a cavity - I did not even feel the shot! She is such a talented dentist! I generally feel tremendous anxiety with dental work, but the entire office team here helped me leave with a genuine smile on my face. 😁

I had a horrible experience here and will not be returning. The doctor spent no more than 30 seconds with me. She asked if I was in pain, but didn't even bother to physically examine my teeth. She simply looked at the X-ray, told me I had a large cavity, and said that she will give me some referrals, and left. On top of the lack of care, they refused to honor a coupon they had mailed to me. While the coupon wasn't the biggest issue because I understand , but it added to the overall bad experience.

Everyone was very kind from front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the doctor herself! It has been years since I’ve had a cleaning and they were very thorough. The office was very clean and they provided a calm and welcoming environment!

I’ve had many great experiences at Shaenfield Smiles. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. It’s a very accommodating environment where the staff go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. They’re more than happy to chat with you to ease any nerves or answer any questions. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for efficient, high-quality dental care in a warm and supportive setting.
