Great experience from start to finish. Lexy at the front desk was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and made check-in and scheduling so easy. She really set the tone for a positive visit. Highly recommend this office! 🙂

Terrible experience on initial take in where they claim to have been calling me all day and I had no missed calls they blamed me for having my phone off or dead which was not the case. The receptionist has a terrible attitude that probably would be corrected with a gym visit, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy also they have a arbitration document that would lead me to believe they provide terrible service so often to the point where they need to cover themselves from being held responsible in a court of law.

I was initially very nervous to go to the dentist due to sensitive matters. At brident, the staff was so professional, cordial, and reassuring, that all of my nervousness faded away. I was treated with care, kindness, and compassion. Dr. Garcia was very kind, patient, and funny. She informed me about everything that was going on in a way that I could understand. Marlin was also very kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, literally wiping away my tears when I became emotional. The gentlemen taking my vitals also was patient, and made me feel comfortable and understood concerning my situation. I would recommend brident dentistry to anyone in the San Antonio area. Truthfully, thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. Words cannot express how grateful I am for you all

This was my first time coming to brident dental on San Pedro . And my experience was wonderful.the staff super friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The assistants were great and were very gentle while taking my X-rays.i definitely would recommend this office to my friends and family

I don’t think they provide good services to their clients. Very poor customer service. I think the management changed and got worse. I’d skip the headache and find a different clinic. I can’t wait to be done with them.

Update: This location is not what it used to be. The staff has become rude and dismissive, even scoffing when I asked simple questions. I paid over $4,000 in full for my dental work. One filling was never done because I no longer needed it, so I requested a refund for that single filling. I was told "maybe." Refusing (or hesitating) to refund a service that was never provided especially after being paid in full is unacceptable. It’s my money, and if I don’t need the service anymore, I shouldn’t be forced to forfeit it. Very disappointing experience overall. I’m so glad I chose this office as my dentist! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond especially the receptionist, who took the time to help me navigate some tricky insurance issues without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The hygienist was incredibly kind and explained everything so thoroughly. I was especially anxious at first but Dallas was so warm and welcoming she instantly put me at ease and turned what I expected to be a stressful appointment into such a positive experience. Lauren was amazing when it came to explaining the financial side of things. I had concerns about cost but she walked me through all the options with such patience and care. She truly went the extra mile to make sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. You can tell she cares she treats you like a real person, not just another appointment on the books. Her determination and compassion honestly made all the difference. All in all, I left feeling cared for, informed and genuinely happy. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
