Everything went like clockwork from check in to check out. Staff are all amazing. Very thorough and high skills. No discomfort during or after the procedure. Everything was explained to me along the way and all of my questions were answered. Staff are cheerful and courteous. Comfortable waiting room and sparkling clean in every room.

I had to switch dentist because my dentist from 7 years were not in network with my new insurance but I will not be returning to this dental practice. Over the past several months, my appointments have been repeatedly canceled or rescheduled, often without a phone call or proper notification. On one occasion, I arrived on time for my appointment, but I was never checked in and ended up waiting over an hour before being seen. I was also given a treatment plan and I told them I wanted to make sure I had enough for my 4 perio maintenace and some fillings and have the big work done the next year. Unfortunately, the final costs exceeded that estimate, and I was not informed beforehand. As a result, I had to pay for fillings that put me over my budget and ultimately had to cancel my last cleaning appointment. Additionally, my perio maintenance cleanings typically lasted only about seven minutes, which did not feel thorough. At my other dentist they were at least 30 minutes and my mouth felt throughly clean. I didn’t feel that way here. Because of these ongoing issues, I have decided to return to New Image Dentistry. I would rather pay out-of-network costs than continue receiving care at this office.

I made an appointment online as I’m new to the area. I was told I had three cavities at my routine cleaning. It was hard to believe as I have cleanings every 6 months and brush and floss religiously. I had to make a different appointment for the fillings but proceeded with the cleaning that should have been covered by my insurance. I had to pay $150 which was odd but paid it. Then I received a bill for another $155 which made me think something was wrong. Routine cleanings have always been covered by my insurance. I called and they told me I had "deep cleanings" which my insurance did not cover and thats what the charge was. I feel that this place over bills to make more profit for the standard service. I spoke to multiple people including the front desk and billing who were no help to rectify this issue. I was told someone would look into it and call me back but never received any further communication but did receive another bill reminder. I cancelled the fillings and saw my old dentist when I visit Idaho again and said I only needed one filling the other two were stains which do not require a filling. He said "I could fill them if I wanted to rip people off." Lesson learned I won’t be going back to Align.

As someone who has had bad experiences in the past, I was nervous trying another new dentist. My nerves were calmed almost immediately! The entire team here is so kind and attentive. They focused on what really mattered, and didn’t try and sell any additional treatments or sneak extra charges in to your appointment. I am so happy to have found a place I can trust!

I enjoyed the experience! Your office was clean and pleasant to the eye. The staff was friendly. Waiting time nonexistent which surprised me. I feel the exam was thorough and all my concerns were addressed and questions answered. Thank you!

I was very happy with my first appointment. I was not happy with my previous dentist. It seemed like I had a different dentist at every visit. I also noticed there were new staff almost every visit. At Align, I was treated with great respect and I did not feel less than. I scheduled a follow up visit and hope Align will be my new dental home for a long time.

I had a bad toothache on the eve of the winter storm that rolled in. I thought I could tough it out but I was wrong. Woke up Saturday morning searching for an emergency dentist. Align Dental had great reviews and were open so I scheduled an appointment as soon as they had one available. Not long after that, I received a phone call from Daniela asking me general information since I was a new patient & after that the communication was superb, I felt I was in good hands with this clinic. I explained I would be moving in a couple of weeks, they found a sister clinic in the area I will be moving to and set up everything for me to follow up with. I highly recommend them and had I not be moving, I would be visiting here on a regular basis for all my dental needs!
