The entire staff were friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there. Dr. Castillo was very informative and clear with technical aspects of my dental treatment plan. Kiara and Adrienne helped me with my hygiene exams, treatments and cleaning. They were very knowledgeable and efficient at their work. The membership plan was a great fit for me and reasonably priced. I feel blessed to have a great dental office near by, full of good people.

Very friendly staff, and the Dentist was very friendly as well, dentist was professional , Extremely thorough and explained everything to detail of the procedures I needed, my examination, and x rays went well, upon checking out, the staff explained financial charges for the procedures in detail for future appointments, and I look forward to seeing them again soon and putting my dental health in their hands. The building is very large with plenty of examination rooms, very clean and organized, makes me feel comfortable that I made an excellent choice for my dental care. I highly recommend this place, worthy of five stars.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am currently in a situation that has me going to various Dental offices over a long period of time. Advanced Dental Associates was my fourth office within a month. They are the best. They are very thorough with their paperwork. The receptionist was friendly, professional and respectful. All the staff were great. One took care of my xrays and got me situated in a specified area, where she prepped me to see the dentist. Dr Garcia was knowledgeable and answered all my questions making me feel comfortable and satisfied that I would be getting the appropriate dental care. We laid out a plan for future treatments. I also had my teeth expertly cleaned by a pleasant hygienist before leaving the facility which is easy to find and has a calming atmosphere. I recommend Adv Dental Assoc to everyone, especially my fellow military members.

Wonderful Office. Wonderful Staff. I walked into a clean office and was greeted immediately by the Receptionist with her adorable pink desk.. I did speak with the front desk girls upon check in.. they were all such nice, and lovely girls! I then went to have my cleaning.. Debbie is wonderful! She is great conversation as well.. it’s so nice to have a bilingual Hygienist.. I have had my teeth cleaned by all the girls.. each room is so cute & unique.. I love them all! I was in and out.. fast, friendly and great service! The Doctors were all so friendly.. Dr Sahin was so great! I even said hi to a few of the Doctors passing by.. everyone is SO nice and friendly at this Office! I did want to get some Cosmetic Dental work done and the Office Manager helped me get financed within 5 minutes.. I was shocked because I had to be out of my appointment within an hour and I was! Thank you Advanced Dental Associates.. such a wonderful team.. you can definitely tell they are a family and will treat you as family also.

I’m a new patient and I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit. The staff were so friendly! I felt right at home. The dental assistant named Brandon was so welcoming and transparent with every procedure and Dr. Sahin was very personable and informative. I have now referred my dentist fearing husband to Advanced Dental and have no doubt he will be well taken care of

Due to my work schedule and what I had going on i arrived to my appointment a bit late.. somewhat past the alloted grace period that is usually given. My hygienist at the time (Ms. Kiara) was so accommodating. She was very patient and even offered numbing in the even that I had sensitivity.. when I expressed that maybe that my be beneficial, she then explained that what she was referring to would aid in sensitivity to the gums, not the teeth... That clarification WAS in fact needed.. All of the staff there seemed to work quite well together, not to mention it is a quite inviting and comforting environment in terms of easing the anxiety for individuals who may have a high level of it. Thanks ADA for taking care of my dental needs.. You all rock, don't ever change n if u do so, please do for the better.. Love you bye 🤪😘😝

Dr. Edwards was a NIGHTMARE!!! My family had originally left Advanced Dental because of the egregious wait times, but I had returned for two appointments to get further implant work done. During my first appointment, Edwards was over an hour late after I had been taken back. I was greeted by him with a condescending tone, saying "hey buddy!" and patting my shoulder and arm numerous times throughout the appointment(s.) I am nearly a 20 year old woman and he treated me as a little boy, his demeanor and touchiness overall making me highly uncomfortable every time I had to see him. He was not gentle and was adamant on having you listen to him repeatedly tell you his plan, leaving no room for your input. He told me "most people will take this route for cosmetic reasons," but I had told him at least five times within that conversation that I do NOT want to do his cosmetic plan and I only want the necessary procedure, no matter the look. Because my mom was with me and would be the one paying, he brought her out of the waiting room to get her opinion, and explained the same thing again as if everything I said just seconds prior was irrelevant. My mom kindly restated that it was my choice to have the regular procedure done and not follow a lengthy cosmetic route, and he went on longer that I "may not want this." After excessive talking, Edwards finally agreed to what I wanted. He recommended an implant crown manufacturer and we met with him to have my tooth made. My second appointment I waited over 30 minutes in the chair. He was inserting an implant that was too large for the space I had between my teeth, causing immense discomfort. During the procedure I had a numbing injection, and could still feel extremely sharp pains. I told him I was in pain and he gave me another shot, which only slightly lessened the pain. While he was sitting with me, after attempting several times to insert my tooth, he called the manufacturer of my implant crown to ask for help. After struggling to insert my tooth, now being at Advanced Dental for over 2 hours, it had finally been set into place. Thankfully this was the last time I saw him. Edwards told me I was completely done with the implant, which turned out to be false; the tooth, which was implanted on my bottom row of teeth near the center, was hitting my palate and digging into my gums. I was seen again by my original implant specialist, Dr. Clinton Falk, who shaved down my tooth and had done a wonderful job at the beginning of the implant procedure before Edwards’ involvement. Ms. Celali, Edwards’ dental assistant both times, was very compassionate. Had it not been for her kindness and presence in the room, my two visits with Edwards would have been more miserable than they already were. I thank her for her thoughtfulness during that horrible experience. DO NOT SEE DR. STEVE EDWARDS!!!
