My husband and I have been going here for a couple years now, and the staff is always very friendly and professional. From our first visit, I really appreciated how kind everyone we talked to was. Today I saw Dr. Jia, hygienist Cody and assistant Eunice. They were all easy to talk to and understand. I think sometimes a dentist can be scary for people so having a staff that is patient and pleasant is a bonus!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and it has always been great. Not sure if they did customer service training lately or changed some processes but the last couple visits have been even more exceptional. Staff is super kind and easy to talk to. My teeth always feel clean and look great after a cleaning!

I had a maintenance cleaning today with Ashley and she was amazing! She was extremely attentive, kind, and made sure I understood every part of the process! She even took the time to suggest some helpful tools to improve my gum health. I will definitely be booking all my future cleanings with her!

I visited this dental office at the beginning of the year due to sensitivity in two of my teeth when exposed to cold. After a thorough evaluation, it was determined that I needed two root canals. The team was incredibly efficient. They were able to perform a cleaning and begin treatment the very same day, preparing my teeth for the root canals. This was especially helpful given the level of discomfort I was experiencing. Dr. Jianing Song was kind, attentive, and took excellent care throughout the process. Ashley Perdomo provided gum treatment, and I’ve genuinely noticed a significant improvement in my gum health since then. Aaron Au performed the root canals, and I was pleasantly surprised by how painless the procedure was. I felt immediate relief from the pressure afterward. I returned the following day, and they were able to create and place my crowns on-site, which made the entire experience seamless and convenient. It has now been a few months since my visit, and my teeth have never felt better. I highly recommend this team for their professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional care. I will definitely be returning for future checkups.

Highly skilled and gentle professionals who will take really good care of you in every way imaginable. And I’m saying this as a daughter of (now retired) dentist, so I’ve experienced both sides of the business. Very well equipped dental practice with all the latest high tech equipment to make taking care of your oral health easy and get great, reliable and lasting results. Very impressive. My husband and I both see Dr Kramer and hygienists here. They have been very helpful and supportive when we’ve needed emergency appointments as well as for regular check ups. Our teeth have never looked this good! I needed a filling and a cleaning and both were completely, and I really mean this, free of discomfort. Entirely pain free. Dr Kramer and Ashley the hygienist are dental rock stars and we will be going back to them for sure! I already have my next check up appointment scheduled and my husband is going back for further treatments shortly. Highly recommend Dr Kramer and Ashley and all the staff at Riverside Plaza Dentistry!

I went into a deep cleaning really nervous and Ashley was honestly so amazing. She was very helpful explaining me the procedure before starting it and was super gentle all the way. She checked-in several times to make sure I was comfortable. She also took the time to share with me recommendations about floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Jia is amazing! I've been going to this place for a while because my husband loves them and keeps going to them even after moving away from Riverside. I see why! But their new dentist, Dr. Jia Song, is the dentist I hope I get to keep as my "family dentist" forever! Thank you so much!
