I had a really great experience with Dr. Han & her team. I walked in with a lot of pain before my extractions, and honestly, I was pretty nervous. But Dr. Han handled everything so smoothly and gently that the whole procedure felt much easier than I expected. She kept checking on my comfort before and during the procedure, which really put me at ease. I would definitely recommend her.💯 I also want to mention Lisa and Tori - they were both amazing. They kept me comfortable the entire time, whether it was me asking Tori for blankets over and over, or Lisa making sure my X-ray procedure was as smooth and painless as possible, while answering my every concern . Their kindness and compassion truly make you feel at home. And a big shout-out to Sara at the front desk. She actually left her desk to sit with me and explain everything step by step, making sure I understood the whole process. Her patience and clarity made a huge difference. Overall I’ve been coming here for about a year, and I genuinely love this office. I would absolutely recommend Essence of Dentistry to anyone in the Redmond area. Providers and Care Dr. Amy, Dr. Hans, and Dr. Amanda are all excellent - knowledgeable, professional, and consistently great in both service and delivery. I’ve always felt truly cared for here, which is exactly what I want from a dental office. Professionalism and Consistency The quality is consistently high. They’re thorough, clear, and take the time to do things right. It’s the kind of place where you feel confident you’re in good hands. Scheduling and Efficiency They’re good with rescheduling when needed and are most of the time on schedule, which I really appreciate. The experience feels organized without feeling rushed. Staff and Atmosphere The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. From a patient perspective, it also seems like the team is treated well, and that usually shows up in the service. Office Updates They recently went through some construction a couple months ago, and the updates look great - especially nice for an office that’s been established for a while. Recommendation Highly recommend if you want a dental team that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care.

I have been coming to this dentist office for a while and more recently it seems im getting more x-rays (almost every visit) and extras being pushed onto me. I think the owner needs to revisit their strategy in retaining good customers before she looses them!
