I saw doctor Dr . Paola velazquez today . I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The office was very clean and organized, and the treatment was gentle and efficient. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly team.

Great service from start to finish. I had a wonderful and amazing experience. Dr. Montes is very knowledgeable and kind. She makes sure I’m comfortable the whole time. The staff is super friendly, and the clinic is very clean and well-organized. I will definitely come back for my next appointment.

WARNING: Complete Lack of Accountability. I switched my dental insurance so I reached out to the office to confirm that my new dental insurance was in-network. The staff told me that it was in-network so I went in for an appointment, they provided me with an estimated bill that showed that I would owe $0 because my insurance would cover everything. So I moved forward with the treatment. Later, it turned out my insurance was NOT in-network and they had not properly verified my insurance information and charged me out-of-pocket, giving me a $700 bill. This is either gross administrative incompetence or intentional financial deception—either way, it is unacceptable. A dental office should verify coverage accurately before touching a patient. Instead, this office trapped me into receiving care under false pretenses and then left me holding a huge bill for their mistake. The staff also did not take ANY accountability, and kept making up excuses that the person that I talked to about my insurance had been fired and that person had made the mistake. But the office as a whole should be held accountable for any mistakes that their staff makes, whether they are still working there or not. Be warned, I don’t trust them at all.

Coming to Woodside dental care is always an amazing experience! From the moment you walk in to the moment you sit down, everyone is incredibly attentive, kind, and amazing. The environment is very soothing and inviting. Dr. Montes and Valentina move as one when working on you. Dr. Montes explains everything to you and ensures you’re comfortable throughout every step of the way. Valentina is very kind and does a phenomenal job. Both work in tandem, making you feel secure. Honestly, often I find myself almost falling asleep while in the chair because that’s how much trust I have in them. Thank you all for everything you do!
