Juan and Dr Skourtes were amazing! Made my experience so much better. Juan was so attentive and professional, and made my time more comfortable. Dr Skourtes gave me great life-hacks and actionable advice for my oral hygiene routine, greatly appreciated both of them.
Very nice people! Good advice and care from dental hygienist. Dentist was very thorough. There was something off with the water they spray during the cleaning, it tasted really bad. I don’t like their "suggested" cadency for cleaning only once a year. My teeth didn’t warrant twice a year cleanings. Probably think it will save money but maybe not the best for the patient. I was able to convince my dentist I needed it though.
This is an incredible dental office! I had a filling which fell out (not sure if that’s the proper term), so I called the office and they had a last-minute appointment cancellation. I scheduled, drove from work and was in and out of the chair in less than 20 minutes…with a new filling. It was quite literally a 30 minute in total experience. I’m sure this an outlier situation, but it does speak to how they run that office! Very polite staff, very professional environment and highly efficient workflow. Great experience!
I was thoroughly impressed! I broke a tooth Friday and was scheduled to be seen Saturday morning. Got there early (Google Map's directions we're not quite correct) and decided to just check in 30 minutes early rather than hang in my car. I was taken back for X-ray and prepping within 5 minutes (about 24 minutes before my scheduled appointment). Dr. Peters (if I remember her name correctly) saw me shortly afterwards. She was great! Warm but professional; took a look and decided the best course of action would be to repair it with a resin filling. She numbed me up and set to work. She was quick and worked with me to get my bite just right (which was hard since I was numb). I was done and paid my copay in under an hour total. I was worried before hand that the fix might be costly and time consuming (I've never broken a tooth before), but this experience was super easy peasy
My son has an abscess and it’s been a nightmare getting him treatment from here. The people are nice to your face but are not good in follow through and treatment. My son has had an abscess for over a month. I had to be on them to get the consult scheduled for pediatric sedated extraction but they didn’t start until I was on their case. You can’t just call the office it goes to a call center and they give you the run around. My son’s face is swollen and he’s not eating and of course, their online prescription system is down. You would think people who went to medical school could pick up the phone and call in a prescription for a child!!! This is not compassionate care.
Took my 3 year old in and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was not just professional but pleasant to be around. My kid felt safe and really enjoyed chatting up the dentist and the dental assistant.
I was experiencing severe tooth pain and they were able to get me scheduled in two days. When my appointment rolled around I was in too much pain to drive there, so I had to call to reschedule. But they were able to get me in that same day, just later so I had time to find a ride. Really appreciative of that. Plus the staff is very nonjudgmental which seems sort of rare in dental offices.
