They respond quick to any questions. It’s easy to make an appointment. The staff help make things understandable and are willing to help. When I had a tooth ache they were able to book me an appointment within an hour.

My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and I was not seen for nearly an hour. When I booked the appointment, I clearly explained that I needed a consultation for a bridge and dental implants. I even sent my X-rays in advance and was given pricing information ahead of time, so this was not new information. After finally being seen, I was told the doctor who performs implants had already left for the day, meaning the consultation I specifically scheduled for could not even be done. Instead, the visit felt rushed and focused on recommending fillings that were not the reason for my appointment. When I explained that I had already discussed implants over the phone, I was told there were no notes and essentially that it wasn’t documented. That is not the patient’s responsibility. I took time off and waited nearly an hour only to be told I would need to schedule another appointment — and pay the $95 consultation fee again — just to speak with the correct doctor. Being charged full price for a consultation that did not address the reason for the visit felt very misleading and like a waste of time.

Zero respect to customer appointments. Scheduled for a 9am. Arrived at 8:50. Extended waiting times. Great place for people that like to sit in lobbies. Ended up leaving with out being seen. Will be looking for a new clinic that can respect scheduled appointments.

I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! The team did a fantastic job getting my teeth done professionally, and the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with care and precision, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. The customer service representatives were also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!

PDX Smile design has great customer service. I felt like that’s what stood out to me the most. Also my experience there, I went to get a replacement for my retainers. I usually would get new retainers through impression putty. However, they have a pretty neat and cutting edge machine that’s able to scan your teeth instead. I thought they were pretty efficient with time spent in addition to the quality of their great service and overall operations. Thank you again! Gladly I’ll be back for future dental hygiene needs.

PDX smile design has the best service. Their costumes service and the quality of work is impressive. I usually go to Europe to have my teeth done, but felt confident to go to them. Dr Kim and dental assistant Julia went above and beyond to help me. I am not an easy customer, but they listen to me, communicated, were flexible with my issues. I will definitely come back.
