After being told I would need a root canal from another dentist, some good friends of mine recommended Dr. Sam Stevens here at ADCA for a second opinion to see if we could avoid this. This was my first time coming to ADCA, and I can honestly say, I was amazed at the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness from all the staff here. The front staff and receptionists were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful when setting up my appointment and helping to make sure that my insurance would be accepted. Dr. Sam Stevens and dental assistant Mikenzi were absolutely awesome together when providing my care for this visit. I was also given the good news from Dr. Stevens after the X-rays that were taken and other tests performed, that I would NOT need a root canal (thankfully) and would only need fillings, which they were able to provide the same day. Both Dr. Stevens and Mikenzi were very thorough of the procedure on what would be done, and what they would do to ensure that I was comfortable during the procedure (which I was). I cannot thank the staff here at ADC&A enough for the help they provided me that day! I would certainly recommend this practice to all my friends and family who are in need of dental care!

This was Evans first visit. We were please with the way the visit went from beginning to the finish. He was excited to let everyone know about his appointment . He seems to be excited to get his teeth cleaned. He said everyone was nice. Dad was very impressed with the care Evan received . Thank you!! June4 - Evan received his cleaning today . This entire office was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted with a warm smile immediately upon enter the office which instantly relaxed my extreme dental anxiety. I was then called in by the most amazing dental assistant, Makenzie who further relaxed me with her sweet smile and warm conversation. I was then treated my Dr. Sam who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gentle which rounded out my entire experience. He was by far the best dentist I have ever been treated by! For someone who has an extreme phobia of the dentist, I was very calm and felt like I was being treated like family. Thank you all so much, I look forward to see you soon (I can’t believe I’m saying that!)

The dentist and assistant and staff were wonderful. I have anxiety issues going to any doctor appointment especially a dentist. They were kind and reassuring from the start of my examination. The doctor was great and took time to explain everything to me. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had.

Best dentists - especially for patients with dental anxiety. I have always struggled with severe dental anxiety and it has actually gotten better since I’ve been going to ADC. They use topical Novocain and hand tools for my cleanings, and they are so gentle and meticulous that I don’t even need Nitrous for cleanings anymore. They will sedate for fillings which is a huge relief. The facility is gorgeous and the staff is top notch. I highly recommend ADC for any patients but especially those who suffer with dental anxiety.

I have actually been going to Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics for over 10 years now. I originally went in for Invisalign in high school and have continued with my regular dental cleanings since. I’ve also gotten fillings completed and had my wisdom teeth removed here. The staff is always welcoming and professional. I always recommend them to anyone who asks me for a dentist recommendation in the Cleveland area!
