My Smile Dental

My aunt went to this clinic to get a dental plate. It was supposed to be ready today, and we traveled from far away to pick it up. We were left waiting for over 30 minutes only to be told that it wasn’t ready because they had lost the mold. The worst part is that no one called to inform us or provide any follow-up, which wasted our trip and valuable time. They also said that the entire procedure would have to be started over, showing a serious lack of organization and responsibility. I definitely do not recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and consideration for patients.

OK. I've never gone to a dental office where I'm literally in and out and everything is taken care of efficiently. Front staff is courteous even on the phone. Dental staff works amazing as a team where I'm actually quite satisfied. The cleaning of my teeth to my root canal. They are really just amazing

My family and I have been going to My Smile Dental for over 3 years and their services are impeccable. They are truly attentive, courteous and professional, especially their Office Manager Alexandra…who’s warm and gracious presence will definitely charm you. We have visited all of their offices and never have been disappointed. I would highly recommend that you visit anyone of their offices….

I had written a review of a negative experience I had with My Smile. Minutes after I posted it I was called by the general manager of the office and she was very kind to explain why my inconvenience occured and proceeded to help me with my problem. I truly respect the level of professionalism I received in such a trying time.

Best Experience ever with my teeth journey. They really look at all aspects of your teeth look to give you the best outcome. In addition the receptionist does a great job with working with late arrivals and rescheduling appointments when emergencies arises.

They rush too quickly and they do an awful quick job. Definitely not happy with their fast and unprofessional service . I got jabbed with the instrument on my tonsil while the dentist was using to take off my wisdom tooth. Along with his front desk girl. She is lazy and she still hasn’t called me for any of the appointments she is suppose to set up. Definitely will be finding another dentist 🦷.

Absolutely great experience. As a person who is extremely scared of the dentist they made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. Everyone was sweet I didn’t have to wait I got checked right away. Dr. Patel was amazing I definitely recommend this office!!
